My wife and I are both senior citizens enrolled under coach Ebin, and we are very happy with the guidance and support we have received so far. One thing we truly appreciated was how he customized the diet and routine according to our individual health needs and lifestyle. Instead of making sudden or overwhelming changes, he focused first on helping us build a sustainable routine with small, achievable steps. We started with a target of 5,000 steps per day and gradually increased it to 8,000 steps, which felt manageable and motivating for us as senior citizens. Within just one month, I was able to reduce 2 kg, and more importantly, I noticed a significant improvement in my energy levels and overall enthusiasm. My wife, who is diabetic, also experienced positive results, including a reduction in her insulin intake level within a short period, which has been a remarkable improvement for her. We appreciate how the progress has been gradual, realistic, and sustainable rather than rushed. This is only our initial phase feedback, but we are already seeing meaningful changes and are looking forward to continuing the program.
Ebin is a great coach. He listens to me very patiently, explains everything in detail and always guides me no matter how much of a messed up schedule I have. He has a very practical approach towards weight loss and always motivates me to do better.

I chose Ebin as my trainer and I am very happy and satisfied on my decision. Not only because of the training but also the way he speaks and explains me everything whenever I ask something or if am confused about diet or anything else. Within only 17 days out of which around 5 days I couldn’t workout due to some mishap in family, even than I lost 2 kgs with no gym but just home workouts and some balanced diet guided by him. He is very flexible and knowledgeable about his work. I will definitely continue with him Thanks Ebin 😊
