My Transformation Journey with Dr. Tanushree Dwivedi Dr. Tanushree and I go back to our college days at Wardha, where we both graduated as dental surgeons. I had always admired her incredible personal transformation, and watching her grow into the strong, inspiring person she is today . I first reached out to her about Fittr back in 2017 May be but at the time, I wasn’t mentally ready to commit. In December 2025, I enrolled in a 12-month transformation package with her — weighing around 66 kg and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin, unable to fit into my clothes. By the end of my 12-month package, I had lost 3-4 kg. But more importantly, I had realized this wasn’t just a program — it was a lifestyle. There is no finish line. So I enrolled for a further 24-week package, and today I am down 7-8 kg from where I started. What truly sets Dr. Tanushree apart is her availability and genuine care. She has always been just a phone call away, no matter how small or trivial my question. She didn’t just coach me — she instilled in me a way of living. With my 3 months of journey, I noticed a clear change in my fitness, energy, strength and weight. My sole reason to enroll in the program was to lower my cholesterol and improve overall health. After 3 months of dedicated training and diet my blood work came back within normal range. There is still some room for improvement which I will work on with my coach in near future. Over the past three months, I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my overall fitness and consistency. My strength and endurance have increased, and I feel more confident in my workouts.
