I have worked with Tanushree for about 10 months now. I have always been a little on the leaner side with no immediate concerns but my lipid numbers have always been on the borderline high for several years in spite of diet and exercise. After I joined the program with Tanushree I realized that I was not eating right. The update she made to my diet charts and workout schedules actually helped me get my lipid numbers to an all time low.
