Over the past 12 weeks, I’ve experienced a truly positive transformation, and I credit this entirely to the incredible support and guidance from Coach Sushma. Thanks to her coaching, I’ve been able to stay consistent with my diet, exercise, sleep, and water intake. I feel more active, have noticeably more energy, and my sleep quality has improved significantly. I’ve lost almost 5 kilos in a sustainable way, all while enjoying a delicious meal plan that fits naturally into my life. What I appreciate most is that Coach Sushma truly listened to me. She understood how important it was for me to continue enjoying family events and occasional meals out without feeling like I was missing out—and she made sure my plan supported that. This balance has been key to my consistency. The daily accountability has been a game-changer. Coach Sushma is always there to guide, encourage, and answer any questions I have. Dr. Sushma has been an exceptional coach! She ensured she understood my routine and goals and worked with me on my diet and workout plans. Since my second child, I’ve struggled with weight loss even with a stringent workout routine. Dr. Sushma helped me with a diet plan along with targeted workout plans that led to a 7kg weight loss in 12 weeks. It was important for me to understand the meaning of a calorie deficit diet and Dr. Sushma helped me with options esp during work travel and vacation travel. Through her guidance I’ve been able to change my lifestyle and introduce healthy eating habits in my routine. I’m ever so grateful for her advice. Thank you so much Dr. For all your guidance. I have had PCOD since last 13 years and my body had become weak after dengue and chikungunya infections back to back. Dr really helped me out by putting me on a recovery diet and ensuring that I can pick up doing exercises. I really recommend her coaching to people who are especially experiencing medical conditions in their day to day life and are looking for a long-term sustainable recovery.
her diet was very easy to follow and she gave me good substitutes. She was very supportive throughout the plan and helped me lose 10 lbs.
