Dr. Sushma has been an exceptional coach! She ensured she understood my routine and goals and worked with me on my diet and workout plans. Since my second child, I’ve struggled with weight loss even with a stringent workout routine. Dr. Sushma helped me with a diet plan along with targeted workout plans that led to a 7kg weight loss in 12 weeks. It was important for me to understand the meaning of a calorie deficit diet and Dr. Sushma helped me with options esp during work travel and vacation travel.
