Thank you Dr.Sushma ma’am for your help and guidance in my fitness journey.I am type 2 diabetic since more than a decade now.In my earlier stint with another fittr coach,I was able to get rid of my medication for almost 3+ plus years.But due to covid, poor choices of food and not very active lifestyle,I had to start medication again.With proper guidance and strength training routine from Dr.Sushma ma’am in last few months,I have been able to reduce my medication dosage after consulting with a doctor and can also see my Hba1c have reduced further as compared to previous results.She makes extra efforts to keep her clients motivated and accountable,for example, like asking to share pictures of food,daily stepcounts etc which I think is a great way to be more involved with her clients.I had a great experience being her mentee and will highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a great fitness coach.
Dr. Sushma ma’am is an excellent mentor, inspirational personality. With her right food prescription (as she always says food must be consumed in right amount like medicines), customised exercise plans i have lost 7 kgs and many inches. For me non scale victories which I have achieved are numerous. With so many ailments like sugar, tennis elbow, varicose vein, knee pain and above all 75 kgs of weight and 45 years of age I thought I will never again go on my 60’s weight range after being on 70’s weight range for more than a decade, but now I weigh 68 kgs. Being a passionate badminton player, guilt of not playing for more than a year due to tennis elbow was really taking toll on me and now after sustainable diet and strength training I have started playing again. Sushma ma’am was always there for my support holding my hand throughout my six months of journey, her ‘never give up’ attitude was a real inspiration for me. I have not only lost fat and weight but also gained strength and confidence. My sugar levels have decreased, varicose vein have vanished and knee seems to be in very good condition. I am so very grateful and thankful ma’am for all the happiness which you impart🙏 The journey has begun for me to make you proud ma’am😀
