Honestly, starting this journey felt very difficult for me because staying consistent while managing everything was not easy at all. There were many days I felt low, unmotivated, and confused about whether I was even doing things right. But Shalini ma’am made the process feel realistic and manageable. Even a simple conversation with her would motivate me again. The way she explains things so calmly and positively genuinely helped me stay on track. In 7 weeks, I’m 5 kgs down — not because everything was perfect, but because she helped me continue even on imperfect days. I still have a long way to go, but now I feel much more confident and positive about this journey. Really grateful for her support, patience, and constant encouragement throughout 🤍

I recently joined Dr Shalini, and even in this short time, the experience has been excellent. What really stands out is the way she explains everything in such a simple and practical manner. It’s not just about giving a diet or workout plan she makes sure you actually understand the “why” behind everything, which makes it much easier to stay consistent. I also really appreciate how she customizes meals according to my preferences and lifestyle instead of giving a generic plan. It feels very personalized and sustainable.
