my first week with Coach Richa, my diet plan is very unique and interesting. I have joined fittr many times before, but was never consistent. this plan and the effort Richa has put in wants me to stay consistent. she seems to have understood my struggle. it's not even a week, but I feel confident. This plan is not generic. Will post again for sure.
Coach Richa truly hears the challenges of my current range of motion issues, time constraints and dietary limitations, and has been working with me to continue to adapt my nutrition and workout to allow me to be successful in this journey!! Appreciate her support and expertise on this platform!
