Dr Rashmi is an excellent coach with wealth of experience in fitness and nutrition both personally and professionally. She has holistic approach and focuses on long term gains rather than chasing just numbers. I found Dr Rashmi very approachable and professional who genuinely cares. I hope to follow the knowledge and experience gained whilst working with Dr Rashmi to achieve and maintain my long term goals.

It was an amazing journey with Dr. Rashmi. I trained with her for 2 years. I have managed to drop my dress sizes and my body shape changed immensely. With the clear instructions and diet given it was a wonderful process of transformation with her. I have more energy, better sleep and stamina changed immensely. I have learnt how to eat well at home and this will be a lifetime change not just temporary. Choosing her was the best decision.

I worked with Dr Rashmi for a year, and it’s honestly been one of the best decisions I made for my health. I didn’t have a great relationship with food; I was either overthinking everything or feeling guilty all the time. She helped me understand my food choices in such a simple and practical way that it finally started to make sense. This year had everything… good days, tough days, slow days, and those phases where the weight scale just didn’t want to move. But the best part was that she never let me lose hope. Every time I felt frustrated, she reminded me, “Love your journey. Don’t stress about the numbers.” And that one line carried me through so many moments. What I love most is that she didn’t just give me a plan; she gave me the confidence to stay consistent, the discipline to show up, and the motivation to keep trying even on tough days.
