A long due post for my mentor Dr Priyanka.. a skilled, knowledgable, understanding and most importantly comforting trainer who has not only strongly held my hand throughout the journey, but built that trust in the process and the consistency it demands. I lost around 11 kgs in 6 months time frame.. when I started, I was too skeptical and was not sure if I would be able to achieve my goal with 2 yr toddler with me and all I asked Dr Priyanka was to make my diet n workout plan simple because i cannot afford to send time cooking specifics for myself nor can join any gyms. She did exactly the same and with her magic even the simple home cooked food and home workouts did wonders. The best thing my trainer did to me was not reducing weight, but to train me on how to manage my plate in whichever circumstances I am in, be it a house party or a dine out. And now, I have built that habit to ensure I have enough of required elements on my plate. This is a big shout out to Dr Priyanka.. thankyou so much.. you brought that life altering habits in me which I will follow for next many years to come or possibly ever. Initial weight- 58.8 kgs Now weight- 54.9 kgs Not just lost weight but gained confidence. This is the journey of fat loss and muscle building. It just not only taught me so many things about eating healthy but also clarified myths about being fit. Dr. Priyanka had supported and guided so well that it didn’t felt like doing something extraordinary. I really want to thank Dr. Priyanka for motivating and directing me through this. I have worked with a few coaches before, but Priyanka has been one of the best. She was always very consistent with tracking my meals, steps, workouts, water intake, and sleep. I never felt like I was doing this alone because she was always checking in and keeping me accountable. What I really appreciated was the weekly update calls. She would listen properly, understand what was working and what was not, and then adjust the plan based on that. It never felt like a fixed template. Everything was personalized according to my needs and health conditions. With her guidance, I lost around 6 kg and also gained good muscle. That was a big milestone for me. More than the weight loss, I feel much stronger and more confident now. She has strong knowledge in training, nutrition, and the medical side as well, which gave me a lot of trust in her guidance.
