I am a 45-year-old woman, and I started my journey on 1st January. Before joining, I was very scared as I have fibromyalgia and constant body aches, and I had been advised not to lift more than 2 kg. At the same time, my weight was increasing, and I am in the perimenopausal phase, which made things more challenging. I came across Dr. Priya on the Fittr app and felt that she would truly understand my concerns. I’m very grateful that I trusted that instinct. In almost four months, I have lost around 6 kgs, and more importantly, I have gained strength I never thought possible. From being scared to lift even 2 kg, I am now comfortably working out with a pair of 6.5 kg dumbbells. The way she has guided me step by step has made a huge difference. Even during a 10-day vacation, I was able to manage my eating habits and stay on track, which shows how practical and sustainable her guidance is. What I value the most is the confidence and motivation she gives. I look forward to our weekly interactions, and even on difficult days, her support keeps me going. She has already proved to be an excellent mentor—now it’s my turn to prove myself as the best mentee. I know I still have a long way to go, but this journey already means a lot to me, and I’m truly thankful for her guidance.

I restarted my weight loss journey with Priya ma’am and I very happy that i enrolled with her. My journey is still ongoing, but I can already see and feel the difference so far.
