I had tried many things earlier, such as different diets and exercise regimes. I also spent a lot of money on them. Although I got results, I could never sustain them. I was eating less, but I was never satisfied. After joining Dr. Priya, I learned that eating less is not the key; eating the right food in the right quantity for your body is the real key. I am very happy with my results. The best part is that I am eating well and still losing weight at the same time. Cravings are now a thing of the past. In fact, I often feel, "Itna saara khana... kab finish karungi?" I started my journey with Dr Priya at FITTR 3 months ago. I am a person who could never be pushed to gym or for workout. And I had enrolled with the little thought in my head about my regularity and commitment. But the journey with Dr Priya has been nothing but rewarding. She has pushed me, heard me, motivated in the right direction to the extent that I feel irritated when I skip my workout routine. She made easy to follow diet plans and built my energy with easy to intermediate workouts. She has worked on me and helped me build a healthy routine. I am truly enjoying this transformation journey with her.
I am a 45-year-old woman, and I started my journey on 1st January. Before joining, I was very scared as I have fibromyalgia and constant body aches, and I had been advised not to lift more than 2 kg. At the same time, my weight was increasing, and I am in the perimenopausal phase, which made things more challenging. In almost four months, I have lost around 6 kgs, and more importantly, I have gained strength I never thought possible.
