Working with Dr Prashant over the last 10 weeks has been one of the best decisions Iโ€™ve made for my health. When I started, my HbA1c was 10.5 โ€” dangerously high. Today, it's 6.1. That kind of improvement in such a short time feels nothing short of a miracle, but itโ€™s really the result of science, dedication, and a nutritionist who truly knows their craft. I lost 8 kilos during this time, built noticeable muscle mass, and felt more energetic than I have in years. What made the biggest difference was how Dr Prashant stayed in constant touch โ€” tweaking my diet plan as my body changed, keeping me motivated, and ensuring I never felt alone in the process. It wasnโ€™t just about food โ€” it was about building a lifestyle that works for me. Before I started working with Dr. Prashant, I was in a place of significant inertia when it came to my health and fitness. Honestly, I was extremely reluctant to step outside my comfort zone and make any serious changes. Looking back, I was probably one of the most challenging mentees he had in a long time! However, Dr. Prashant consistently delivered far more than I ever expected from a coach. His dedication was evident from the start โ€“ he was always punctual with his plans and follow-ups, no matter how resistant I was. What truly sets Dr. Prashant apart is his understanding that fitness is as much about mental conditioning as it is about physical training. He didn't just give me a workout plan; he invested time and effort into shifting my mindset. This focus on mental conditioning was above and beyond the typical scope of a fitness coach, and it was exactly what I needed. It took time to break through my initial reluctance, but his persistent and encouraging push eventually led me to give the new lifestyle a genuine try. And I've never looked back. The results have been truly remarkable. My health parameters have improved dramatically. My cholesterol levels, which were alarmingly high at over 1100, have dropped significantly to just over 200. I've also lost over 6 kilograms. Today, I can confidently say that I am on the right path to sustainable health and fitness. I cannot thank Dr. Prashant enough for his unwavering support in changing both my mental and physical conditioning. In one of his reels on Instagram Dr. Prashant Kadhi said " you can have may kinds of problems like financial problem, family problems etc. but once you have a health problem then you only have one problem" this is the most important takeaway from my association with him as a mentee. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Prashant Kadhi, and I cannot recommend him enough as both a nutrition and fitness coach. He combines his extensive medical expertise with practical, evidence-based nutrition and fitness guidance to provide a truly holistic approach to health. What sets him apart is his deep understanding of obesity-related disorders(which are too many). As a doctor, he was able to tailor a program that was not only effective but also safe for my individual health needs. He took the time to explain the science behind obesity, weight management, and the role of nutrition and exercise in managing these conditions, which helped me understand how to make lasting lifestyle changes. His coaching style is supportive, motivating, and highly personalized.
