I was happy having Prajakta as my coach,more so because she has a medical background.it was easy to get along .Her plans were very “user friendly “ n flexible.The diet plans were more of resizing than restrictions. Her work out plans are also client based n convenient.Having a variety of workouts never had me bored of monotony. It was fun talking to her on “update calls”She always solved the issues I had n being a nutritionist,could have better suggestions. I had a 12wks programme lost some kilos,but feel lot energetic n motivated.I would definitely get back to her as n when needed😊
My experience with Prajakta I was in a 12 weeks program. 🔹Really happy with the meal plans. Not felt hungry at all while dieting which was the best part. It was more of portion control rather dieting. And there was a lot variety of foods that were given. Didn’t feel bored of the diet given even a single day! 🔹All her diet plans are simple to follow, very desi just Roti, sabji, dal, chawal which I liked a lot. 🔹My energy levels has gone really up. I completed a trek last month with a breeze. It was really nice to see improvement in my strength. 🔹 My weight didn’t reduce as much as I wanted but My weight now is well distributed amongst different body parts. I will surely get back to Prajakta if any doubts further.
If you’re skeptical to start your fitness journey, here are Top 5 things I’ve got to learn from my FITTR journey Under Dr. Prajakta ma’am. 1. Food plan is so delicious, I couldn’t ask for more. Such a precise yet including all food groups. Prajakta is an excellent human. She has deep understanding about food science and how to place it right in our diet. 2. I am a lazy person, but her exercise plan makes you active. Its not too difficult and doesn’t take time to finish. The fun part is it keeps you invested. 3. She did not recommend lots of suppliment. Only few which were really helpful for me in my case. 4. I love our update calls which are full of knowledge and discussion. I’ve got to know so many things about my and my lifestyle and I keep waiting for them. 5. Finally, I would like to tell you, learn the basics for her and see how well you can continue on your own. Completed 3 month transformation with coach Prajakta recently. And again enrolled for next 3 months. She’s a powerhouse of fitness and health information. My major goal was not just to lose weight but also to gain stamina and knowledge regarding fitness.
