I came to Dr. Prajakta when I was 5 months postpartum, struggling with my weight, my mommy pouch, and a core that just didn’t feel like mine anymore. My goal was simple : I wanted to lose weight, look toned, and most importantly, feel stronger like every other mom. It’s been 3months, i’ve been taking Dr Prajakta‘s consultation. Today was my assessment day with her, wherr she was proud of my efforts. I’ve lost 8 kgs and 15 inches with her guidance! 🙌 But honestly, the transformation has been so much more than just numbers.
