There was no change in the diet plan..Always delayed / no responses. She doesn’t care about the clients time. I kept following up for update calls. Highly disappointed.

I came to Dr. Prajakta when I was 5 months postpartum, struggling with my weight, my mommy pouch, and a core that just didn’t feel like mine anymore. My goal was simple : I wanted to lose weight, look toned, and most importantly, feel stronger like every other mom. It’s been 3months, i’ve been taking Dr Prajakta‘s consultation. Today was my assessment day with her, wherr she was proud of my efforts. I’ve lost 8 kgs and 15 inches with her guidance! 🙌 But honestly, the transformation has been so much more than just numbers. My entire perspective towards food has changed. I was shocked to see that I could actually eat everything without crazy restrictions and still lose weight. My strength has improved drastically too. I started out barely able to lift 2 kg dumbbells, and now I can confidently lift 5 kg and even 10 kg. 💪 That feeling of progress is so empowering. One of the biggest changes has been in my gut health. Earlier, digestion was a struggle, and it made weight loss so difficult. But as my gut health improved. Today, I’m a proud boy mom to a beautiful 8-month-old just like Dr. Prajakta 😄, and I feel stronger than ever. This journey has taught me that every postpartum mom deserves to care for herself, because as Dr. Prajakta always reminds us, ‘you cannot pour from an empty cup.’

I was struggling with hyperacidity, primarily triggered by stress, and had trouble digesting even vegan protein powders.
