Mid transformation update: Hi Everyone! I have been training under Prajakta since December. I have lost 3.5 kgs of weight in the last 3 months from 60 kgs to 56.5 kgs now, and feel lighter in general. My goal is to lose remaining fat, gain muscles and gain strength and endurance. Prajakta is a very patient, understanding and encouraging couch! And is always there to answer all questions. Thanks Prajakta for continuous guidance and motivation!
My name is Padma Bhat, 62 years old, and we live in Michigan, USA. was diagnosed with Diabetes Type 2, and my daughter enrolled to Fittr on Jan 4th.. I just want to Thank Dr. Prajatka for helping me in reducing HbA1C within 3 months..on March 22nd I had my Doctor appointment and my Doctor was surprised to see my HbA1C 5.9 reducing from 7.1 in December 22nd..with your help motivating me with balanced diet and exercise..I was able to do..Really from the bottom of my heart I would like to Thank Fitter Dr Prajataka for all your guidance 🙏🙏
I wasn't very sure when I enrolled for the plan if there will be major change in me as I am not a person who can be very consistent when it comes to following a specific diet But with Dr. Prajakta's help even though it was gradual, I was able to make that change and by switching to a healthy diet I can see the change it has brought to my overall lifestyle. So grateful to have found someone who was able to make me adopt such a change.
I am writing this review after 2 months training under my coach Dr. Prajakta I enrolled in Diabetes management program 2 months back and today was my review call with her here is my sugar readings. Fasting : Before : 120 After :108 Post prandial : Before :130 After :160 No fad diet, no intensive exercises. She has a scientific approach to almost everything. I am really enjoying my journey and I'm delighted beyond words! Thanks a million doc.
