Poonam has been coaching me for 6 months. I couldn’t ask for a better coach. She is very knowledgeable, hard working and inspiring coach! I am a doctor myself. So, I know healthy foods, do’s and don’t’s of nutrition facts, but unable to follow a lot of them due to work and family obligations/commitments. Her personalized meal and exercise plan was excellent! She was even available on FaceTime when I needed help with some of machine exercises. After 6 months, I’m leaner, stronger and much healthier.
