I joined Fittr in February 2025 and got connected with my coach Dr. Neelima Katti, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better person to guide me. She has been so kind, understanding, and approachable right from day one! What I really appreciate is how she makes everything feel simple and doable. Whether it’s diet, workouts, or just staying motivated, she always knows exactly what to say. She doesn’t force anything; instead, she works with you, based on your lifestyle and mindset. There were days I struggled, but she never gave up on me. Her constant support helped me stay on track and made me feel like I was not alone in this journey. She’s more than just a fitness coach. She’s like a real friend who truly cares! I’m very grateful for all her help, and I would 100% recommend her to anyone who wants a coach who is supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
I have been working with Dr. Neelima Katti since February 2025, and it has been a truly amazing experience. She is very inspiring, always motivates me to do my best, and never makes me feel judged. I feel very comfortable talking to her about my fitness, diet, and even my personal challenges. She listens with patience, explains everything in a simple way, and gives practical suggestions that actually work. Whenever I had doubts or felt low, she was always there with encouraging words and positive energy. Because of her guidance, I have seen real changes not only in my body but also in my mindset. She made me believe that fitness is not just about weight loss, but about taking care of yourself, inside and out. I am very happy and satisfied with the diet plan given by Coach Neelima. My lifestyle has changed a lot in a positive way. I started drinking more water, tracking my steps, taking proper amounts of protein, carbs, and fats. I also had some health issues like thyroid and high HbA1c levels, but now they are under control, and my overall health has improved. My weight and fat levels have also reduced. Due to work, I couldn’t follow the plan 100%, but I gave my best. Neelima ma’am supported me at every step. She regularly checked on my progress, guided me, and always asked if I faced any problems. I really appreciate her care and support. She even gave me some personal advice regarding my dental issue, which shows how much she cares beyond just diet. She is the best coach I’ve had. Right now I’m a bit busy, but I will surely continue the diet plan with her again in the future. Thank you so much, Neelima ma’am!
Dr. Neelima is absolutely the best coach any beginner could hope for. She was clear with her instructions and patient enough whenever i faltered. I would highly recommend Dr. Neelima to anyone wanting to start their fitness journey. Thank you so much once again for being such an incredible guide.
