A very big thanks to my coach Dr neelima, for teaching me about quantified nutrition, how to maintain calories while cooking at home, importance of protein intake and daily movement. with weekly calls keeping track of my daily activities and altering the diet as required. For Last 6 months coaching together with Dr Neelima have given me more confidence, knowledge and motivation to follow healthy and fit lifestyle. last 6 months I have been able to reduce my body measurements as well as medicine dosage. coach Dr neelima has been assigning meal plans which helped me to reduce and keep my sugar levels in control. overall it was a wonderful experience. highly recommend.
