Her expertise, motivation, and personalized approach have significantly impacted my fitness regimen, leading me to reevaluate and improve my overall well-being. As someone suffering from nonspecific chronic pain and having undergone numerous diagnostic and therapeutic procedures without success, I sought a coach who not only understands nutrition but also specializes in treating chronic pain. I discovered Dr. Namrata, and she has exceeded my expectations by providing the tools and strategies needed to cope with pain while achieving desired results. Although I had no issues working out and pushing through pain, I struggled to enjoy the process and manage the aftermath. Dr. Namrata has changed that. Her exceptional understanding of my unique condition required a high degree of personalization. She took the time to listen to my concerns, assess my current fitness level, and develop a tailored plan that perfectly suits my lifestyle. Her holistic approach, seamlessly integrating exercise and nutrition, stood out to me. Dr. Namrata's unwavering motivation and genuine passion for helping others are evident. Namrata has been my coach during a time where I was moving cities, wrapping up my college, had an internship and then also a couple of months of no workload at all. During this period, she shared her knowledge that could fit my schedule at the time so that I could manage to continue my fitness journey through any circumstances. She is friendly, patient and professional. Her methodical approach to measure results while keeping me motivated was definitely the highlight of her coaching experience for me. For anyone looking for a coach who can understand your needs and be dynamic in her coaching approach, go for Namrata without a second thought. You will definitely learn a lot of new things about your body, mind and fitness, that will keep you going till you reach your goal.

I chose Namrata as my coach for my postpartum fitness journey. Beginning I wasn’t sure abt choosing Namrata was right decision or not, as I worked with other coach in fittr before. As days pass by I slowly started getting comfortable with her, asked her many questions she was there to clear all doubts. Every week there was a follow up call from her which was impressive and used to motivate me. She is very friendly and professional. 💪 Thanks for all ur guidance, I have learnt many things from u, in my fitness journey as well as in motherhood journey. Would surely recommend u for any!

My fitness journey started on 12th September 2023 under the guidance of coach Dr. Namrata Niwal. I chose her as she could help me with my fitness goals and with some of my ailments. She has been such a wonderful and a great coach. She had involved much in my journey by tracking on my activities, to my weekly follow-up calls, giving weekly challenges etc. She designed my diet chart according to my preference. Being it vegetarian or non vegetarian her chart was simple ,easily available and not fancy. She takes care and guides me on my food whenever I attend some functions and even during festival times. She herself have participated in many marathons which motivates us to do more and to never give up. Her formula NEWS would work wonders for those who are in their fitness journey. I would like to thank my coach Dr.Narmata for guiding me and try keeping me on track, for building up discipline, accountability and consistency in me. My fitness journey started when I weighed 82.7kgs ,it was a 12 weeks programme and I renewed it for another 12 weeks and currently I weight 77.5 kgs. I have even lost few inches. I have lost cravings for sweets, my hunger pangs have vanished, I have become more energetic and flexible too. This is my mid way transformation and I would come back again and would like to continue the process with my coach.
