I want to thanks Namrata g for her support and guidance throughout the program. Her proper guidance towards calories and protein distribution is awesome. And best part is she also adjust the food plan as per the situation or travel as well. She always explain the meal plan in detail and the significance behind each item and that too so well that slowly and gradually you don't even check the plan and understand the concept behind it and able to adjust your meal on your own. :) Loved the NEWS update of her program which motivates us(me and my husband) throughout the program. I was fortunate enough to block her as my coach after searching for many and chatting with few. Not sure what clicked me but after talking to her I got the confidence that we are in right hand. Being in the medical line she also understands the medical situation and guides accordingly. That's the added advantage with her. Thanks for the support and guidance in spite of the slowness due to my partner injury as you always understood the problem and always motivated him throughout the journey. Happy to renew the plan and to be a part of this transformation journey under your guidance.

I had started my plan in june on 26 th and now its sept and i am down by 4.7 kgs , for me its really big because i have seen my clothes getting loose on me , the glow , the tone even after having multiple hurdles , moving from locations ,not being able to stick to the diet chart and exercise plan but still Namrata mamm has constantly stood by my side and had motivated me alot , motivated to keep grinding . through this journey i learnt a thing that the results are more or less will be same but its the efforts that counts .
