Dr. Namrata has been an incredible guide during the early stages of my pregnancy. I was specifically instructed not to gain excessive weight, and she carefully coached me on how to maintain a healthy, balanced diet while ensuring both my baby and I received proper nutrition. Her approach was thoughtful and supportive, she didn’t impose rigid restrictions, but instead designed a plan around the foods I enjoy and can easily incorporate into my lifestyle. This made the journey stress-free and sustainable. She also explained the “why” behind her recommendations, which gave me confidence and peace of mind during such a sensitive time. She is always responsive to my questions, even small ones, and helped me adjust my diet whenever needed taking into account the foods available near me. I highly recommend her to all expecting mothers!
I started my journey with Namrata about six months ago and I’ve lost a good amount of weight, i feel lighter, more energetic, and healthier from within. Even my medical vitals have improved, which means a lot to me at this stage of life. What made the biggest difference was the constant support and encouragement from her. She was always there to support and motivate, never made me feel pressured—instead, they understood my pace, my lifestyle, and guided accordingly.
Dr. Namrata has been an exceptional coach. She brings a wealth of knowledge to the table, which helps in a holistic approach to health and fitness. I have had a history of irregular menstrual cycles - her lifestyle coaching, along with insights on hormonal blood reports to modify diet/exercise accordingly, has been incredibly helpful. Over a period of 6+ months, I have lost close to 10kgs and several inches. Namrata has been very patient and responsive. We have coordinated weekly calls across timezones (EST/IST), and it has never been an issue. She has helped me build a very sustainable diet regime by including all the foods that I regularly consume. This is going to be incredibly useful to me in my maintenance phase. Thanks to her coaching, I’ve achieved meaningful, lasting progress in both my physical health and overall well-being. I highly recommend her to anyone serious about making a lasting positive change to their lifestyle.
I vouch for Dr. Namrata as a coach. Her approach is very friendly. She designed my diet plan according to my eating habits and it really encouraged me to include protien in my all meals. It made huge impact in my eating pattern. I have lost inches as well as weight under her guidance. She has been patient and guided my correctly whenever I had queries and doubts. She has motivated me to keep going in this journey which is now a lifestyle. I hope I won't require Fittr again in my life again and if I did, I would certainly enroll under Dr. Namrata
