Dr.Namrata is a ray of hope at a time where I had lost all of it for weight loss. I am a middle aged lady and rigorous exercise is not an option for me. Dr.Namrata scientifically understood my eating habits and created a very good diet plan taking into consideration my hunger spikes. With previous bad experiences on diet control, she made sure I be consistent on the diet plan. I was hoping for not more than 1 kg per month, I almost lost 6+ kgs in few weeks. I am continuing the association with her and thank her for the support.

Namrata has been a supportive nutrition coach who is always willing to discuss and come up with new strategies. She has helped me to lose 13 kegs and we are now on the next slab. She isn’t pushy but goal oriented.

Dr Namrata has been a coach for my daughter for about 6 months, and being influenced by her and seeing her progress , she inspired me to join the fittr app, and I joined with Dr. Namrata as my coach. As I had put on weight due to my premenopausal issues, she guided me to eat moderately, there were weight fluctuations due to my hormonal issues with menopause but she helped keep my weight maintained with progressive losses. I hope in the next months I will surely succeed in achieving the best in inch and weight loss. She understands the change in body very nicely and is very understanding and accommodating with food changes.
