I joined FITTR in April 2026 with Coach Isha, and it has been a great experience. She is extremely supportive, knowledgeable, and always motivates me to stay consistent. Since joining her, I've seen a noticeable reduction in my body measurements, and the difference is visible. In fact, tops that I couldn't fit into before now fit me comfortably, which has been incredibly encouraging. Her diet plan is simple, practical, and easy to follow.
