I am sharing my wonderful experience with Dr. Isha. I weighed 80 Kgs and had high blood sugar when I decided to enroll with a coach in Fittr. I talked to Dr. Isha over call and she understood my condition and gave me confidence to start. The nutrition plan, workout plan , weekly follow-ups and constant motivation helped a lot. My HBA1C dropped from 8 to 6.5 in 3 months that too without any medication. I was not so comfortable going Gym initially but now I hit the gym with confidence. She made me believe that no fancy diets are required and starving yourself is not a solution in weightloss journey. All we need to focus on a calorie deficit diet with ample amount of nutrition and regular exercise. She made me understand that it is not just a weight loss journey, rather a lifestyle change. A healthy lifestyle adaption is necessary is today's world. Thank you Dr. Isha for your constant support and motivation. Looking forward for more positivity in myself under your guidance.
