I would like to take this opportunity to thank Isha Sachdeva for helping my teenager to loose her weight. More than weight loss, we learned how to eat right and the science behind weight loss and fat loss and how to plan meals with the right macros level. Through out our journey she was in touch with us, reworking on the plan based on our daily needs. She provided an excellent guidance with the proper workout plan and introducing progressive workout technique. Thanks Isha. Looking forward to work with you again!!

I want to share my feedback for my prenatal plan with Isha, We started with a high protein diet for healthy weight gain. The diet provided by isha helped me with all guts issues. She guided me for any problems i facing during pregnancy. She motivated me to follow my diet , took care of my likes and dislikes. I am happy to gained healthy weight without increasing too many inches. Thanks for being an amazing coach Isha ❤️

Starting weight -81 kg Current weight- 72 kg Coach Isha Sachdeva truly transformed my life. She helped me become disciplined and motivated in losing weight, and I regained all the confidence I had lost as a teenager. In today's world, losing confidence is a significant issue—it affects every aspect of your well-being. Dealing with PCOS only made things harder for me, but meeting Coach Isha was a turning point. She not only taught me how to maintain a healthy lifestyle but also how to cope with my condition. Thanks to her guidance, I am incredibly proud of myself and cannot thank her enough for the profound impact she has had on my life!
