Asha goes above and beyond. She did a great change for me. I knew how to eat healthy, I knew how to count calories still I was inflamed and not doing well. She did transform my diet, made me stop being afraid of carbs and helped me understand the importance of resting. She did transform my life style and improved my wellbeing. I went from 58 kg to 52 kg keeping muscle mass, sounds little but for my body size it’s a good amount that affected my well-being and knees. I had been unable to ever go lower than 54 kg. Thanks a ton to Dr Asha! I have enjoyed each and every week on this fitness journey with her. I came to her with the help postpartum, she motivated me so much and kept me accountable at all times. I started my journey with Dr. Asha just 2 months after my delivery and it was overwhelming at first but she made all the difference. She never pressured me—instead, she helped me ease into the process, tailoring my diet and workout plans to what was realistic and sustainable for me, considering that I was breastfeeding at the time, and workouts or following a diet was not easy.
