Dr Sejpal has been absolutely amazing throughout this journey. She is very helpful and always available when you need advice and guidance. Apart from that, she holds you accountable and makes sure that you are following each step along the way, from diet to exercise to water intake. She also follows up frequently to make sure that you are not deviating from your goal.
