I can’t say enough good things about my health coach, Aditi! She’s been an absolute game-changer for me. Her approach to planning my workouts and diet is spot-on—thoughtful, effective, and totally tailored to my goals. She’s all about building strength and muscle growth while keeping long-term health front and center, which I really appreciate. The workouts are challenging but doable, and I’ve noticed real progress in my strength and energy levels since starting with her. What I love most is Aditi’s take on nutrition. I’ve been working with Coach Dr Aditi for last 2 months and I have to say, the experience has been transformative in so many ways. One of the things that truly stands out about her is her unique approach to fitness. Unlike other trainers, she doesn't just give you a workout plan or tell you what to eat; she takes the time to tailor everything to your specific needs and likings. As both a doctor and a fitness coach, she has a rare ability to blend science with practical application. This level of insight is incredibly reassuring, especially when I’m trying to balance my physical goals with my lifestyle. One thing I really appreciate is how she’s adapted my fitness routine to fit into my schedule without making me feel like I’m compromising on my health. It’s not about cutting out all the things I love— she’s taught me how to make small, sustainable changes that fit into my life. Dr Aditi is a phenomenal coach.Her dedication and drive towards fitness journey has been very inspiring. She is always available to answer all the queries and assign meal and work out plan with any necessary required changes in a timely manner.Every week she ensures to call and check.Patiently listens to each and everything and mindfully makes all the changes without any complaints.Aditi is a very positive person and very kind one. She is always there to lend a listening ear and provide invaluable advice whenever I face an obstacle.I am very grateful to her as she is always available and I feel incredibly blessed to have someone like her rooting for me. Dr Aditi Gupta worked hard and gave me directions on best way to follow the plan to loose weight. In only three months, i had results without starving. Meal plan ideas with correct quantity and workout instructions were very effective. Thank you Dr Gupta for all your help, guidance, and support. I would definitely recommend her as a good coach.
