Dr. Aanu is a great coach. She took time to understand my lifestyle and explained my test results in detail. The diet chart she designed caters to addressing the elevated levels per the report. I loved the fact that she is trying to get the levels corrected with food rather than supplements. The journey has been going well so far. Looking forward to achieving the milestones under her guidance
Aanu took time to understand my lifestyle and my priorities. I believe that is important step to suggest diet and workout. she modified the diet and workout based on my work schedule and injury. She is taking initiative to motivate me to fitness. The journey is going splendid. I have lost 3 kgs in the last 2 weeks. I feel much lighter and full with my meals.
I enrolled under Dr. Aanu a month ago. She understands my eating patterns and creates a diet and exercise chart around it. If i have queries, she is reachable and provides alternate food options as per my needs. Her plans are realistic and easy to follow. I am comfortable working with her and look forward to continuing the journey.
I’ve been working with Dr. Aanu for a little over a month now, and honestly, I can already feel the difference. She’s super understanding and really knows her stuff, and I love that she plans my meals based on what I actually like eating instead of giving me something unrealistic. She’s also very sweet and easy to talk to. It never feels formal or forced—we can chat about things outside the plan too, which makes it feel a lot more comfortable and personal. The best part is how full I feel throughout the day. I barely reach for unhealthy snacks anymore compared to before, which used to happen quite often. Overall, I feel really supported and I’m actually enjoying the process.
