I want to thank Akash Ji. He was an excellent trainer during my weight loss journey. He explained everything very clearly and designed a diet plan that was easy to follow, especially keeping my menopause phase in mind. The best part was that I never felt hungry — and gradually, even my cravings between meals started to reduce. I was consistently losing around 400 grams every week, which is a healthy and sustainable rate. He also considered my knee pain while creating my workout plan — just three days a week and a target of 8000 steps per day. It didn’t feel like a burden at all; everything was manageable and suited to my lifestyle. I am truly grateful to Akash Ji from the bottom of my heart.

My sugar levels were at 12.2 and I had no clue how to bring them down. I thought managing diabetes would mean starving myself or giving up everything I enjoyed. But Dr. Aakash made things so simple. He explained everything in such an easy-to-understand way — from basic nutrition to how weight training could help control my sugar levels. And trust me, he always had practical solutions that actually fit into my daily routine. With his constant guidance and motivation, my sugar levels have now dropped from 12.2 to 6.5.
