Dr. Akash made me realize what the body and mind is capable of and most importantly how less it actually needs. He taught me empathy towards my own self and towards my body, always encouraging and supporting. We each have our own journeys and he is great at identifying your core strengths and building on that, and not out there to prove any idealized before-after photo collage. I truly respect him as a knowledgeable, sensitive, empathetic human being and a great mentor and coach who walks alongside you in your journey of change and progress. Much thanks, Coach!
We have been part of Fittr for quite sometime and have worked with excellent coaches. We enrolled with Dr Akash at a crucial time. I had a health scare and he was the only coach who assured me .."let's work on it!" That assurance helped me a lot and without any medications Icould break my plateau after 4 years!!!! It was a partner transformation and we both were comfortable working with Dr Akash. He is quite empathetic and compassionate..particularly when I was dealing with my parent's sickness ,he was a huge support. I still remember his words,"Ma'am everything can wait! "Take care of your parent.That helped me stay disciplined throughout. Thank you Coach for being there always!
