Dr Akash is a very good coach and has been very helpful in my post partum weight loss journey. He tailored a diet and exercise plan for me considering that i am a nursing mother and also gave realistic goals. He encouraged me to stay on track even on low days. Overall i had a great experience working with him and would definitely recommend him for anyone who is looking to transform their physical fitness.

Dr.Akash is a fabulous coach. I am an amateur as far as fitness is concerned and pondered if I could begin workouts . But he guides me so well and is so supportive and motivating.He also provides a listening ear his patients and understands them so very well. Initially I was very sceptical about joining the gym and wondered how I could control and deal with diabetes. But through out my journey with diabetes, thyroid and other health battles he is a constant support , regularly monitoring my sugar levels and other health parameters while also encouraging me to engage in my workouts regularly .He is also very knowledgeable . I could not have done it without his help.

It has been a great learning experience with Dr Aakash as a coach. I underwent a slip disc leading to severe shatika in the year i trained with him. He was constantly guiding and supporting me during that time. His weekly hand holding kept me steady on working towards my goal. Had i been on my own I surely would have given up with the roller coaster my health was putting me on. There were weeks when i had be scared and worried talking to him as i had faltered from the diet but he was always encouraging to look ahead and not once bring up any guilt in me for not following the plan. Fitness is a lifelong journey and working with him I am taking back great learning to last me a lifetime. Grateful for ur guidance 🙏
