Aakash is truly exceptional at what he does! He was instrumental in helping me manage my type 1 diabetes, which was always a challenge, especially in getting my A1C under 7. Dr. Aakash is a great coach. He is very thorough with the plans and guidance. With changing things throughout year he made sure they are accommodated in the plans we scheduled. My program helped me build very positive relationship with fitness.
