Aakash is a wonderful coach! I am impressed by his knowledge, patience and ability to adjust the routine and diet as per my busy travel schedule. He is meticulous in his approach and performs necessary due diligence every week. He provides positive feedback and also notices things that wouldn’t be even in my radar. Thanks Aakash Sir for teaching me the importance of nutrition with calorie counting. He corrected my postures while working out to gain maximum benefit from the session. I learnt that keeping a diet simple helps in adherence. Highly recommended

Dr Akash helped me with guidance on both diet and exercise. He listened to my problems very calmly and suggested feasible solutions to those. I had an ankle injury due to which I could not exercise much, he understood the problem and curated a plan for both diet and exercise which I can follow easily and heal quickly.
