Dr. Akash Bansal has been phenomenal in providing health coaching plan and diet plan. From time to time he has motivated us in going the extra mile and completing our weekly workouts and motivating us to keep eating healthy. We have worked with Dr Akash Bansal for more than a year and would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking to gain strength, reduce weight. He will also help you in controlling your diabetes blood pressure and other health issues. One thing I would recommend anyone doing fitter is too explain their coach All they requirements clearly so they can help you in their best abilities. Aakash is very experienced. He was flexible in tailoring the workouts as per my capacity and needs. He had a very positive attitude and was always motivating and gave realistic suggestions to stay on track.
