Working with Dolan has truly gotten me back on track. In just the first few weeks, I’ve already lost 10 pounds, and I couldn’t be happier with the progress I’ve made. Dolan is incredibly patient, takes the time to really listen, and created a nutrition plan that fits my lifestyle instead of expecting me to completely change it. The meal plan is practical, enjoyable, and so easy to follow, which has made staying consistent feel effortless. I genuinely look forward to continuing this journey with her and reaching my health goals. It’s been a month since I have been taking guidance and coaching from Dolan. I would like to sincerely thanks Dolan for guiding and supporting me in my weight loss journey. In a short period of time I have seen positive results I.e reduction of 5 kilos due to the diet and nutrition advice that Dolan has shared with me. With her advice I have a bet ther understanding of nutrition and have developed healthy eating habits. Its just been a week under Dolan & I have lost almost 1kg fat. Additionally i am getting my confidence back . She has designed very good workouts for me. I am grateful for her guidance and support

I joined Dolan’s plan a few days ago and I already feel the difference in my body. I feel more energetic than before. I don’t feel lazy and I feel very productive at the end of the day. I hardly get sugar cravings. The diet plan does not starve me and I don’t feel hungry between meals which is a good thing.
