I joined Fittr with Divya in December 2025 at around 71 kgs, struggling with knee pain, lack of activity, poor sleep, and the after-effects of major surgeries. For my age, I felt stuck in laziness and believed I had to remain at the same weight. Divya patiently listened to all my concerns and crafted a personalized workout and diet plan. What makes her unique is the consistency and care she brings — I never imagined I would continue my journey with her for consecutive terms, but her “secret recipe” made it possible. I’ve lost 6 kgs, reduced my fat percentage close to 30, and now feel fit and energetic. Divya’s continuous guidance and timely responses — no matter when you reach out — have been invaluable. I’m planning to extend my program again until I reach my ideal weight. Kudos to Divya for her dedication and for helping me transform my lifestyle.
I am so glad to work with Divya for 6 months as I wanted to get back to my pre pregnancy weight, Divya is very knowledgeable and shares the science behind why certain things are done in nutrition, her plans are easy to follow and she kept me accountable in our daily check-ins and weekly calls, she’s also very empathetic and guides you back when some days don’t go as per plans. I lost around 4 kgs during this time despite so many travels and social events. Thank you so much for all the help and making me understand the fundamentals of nutrition and how to stick to it. Divya is an excellent trainer and an amazing motivator. so me and my wife took couple's plan and we were soo pleased with the diet and workout plans and that helped us lose weight and maintain it. She understood all our concerns and helped us to stay in track and motivated throughout the journey. I would totally recommend her for anyone trying to lose weight and incorporate a healthy lifestyle. Also, we ourselves have planned to renew the plan after a short break.
Divya is an excellent trainer. She is especially knowledgeable of postpartum fitness that was very beneficial for me especially because I started my fitness plan with her when I was breastfeeding. She took utmost care to maintain my calorie intake given I was breastfeeding but also helped me get fit with the right portions of food. I lost all of my pregnancy weight and was stronger than ever. She helped me understand that fitness and diet are not extra things one should follow but normal way of life. I would totally recommend her for anyone trying to incorporate healthy eating and exercise in their daily routine.
