It’s about a little more than 2 months now that I am working under the guidance of Divya. My experience has been great so far. A few pointers I would like to highlight are as follows, 1. She is very responsive when I reach out to her for various queries. 2. One of the major reason that I needed a coach is the accountability. She keeps check of all the daily update and makes sure to add a point if something is off. 3. Although I never thought, that I would participate in TC seriously. But she inspired me to do it seriously so I find her motivating in that sense. 4. As a person I see that she is involved in various activities apart from fitness. So she understands that how tricky it becomes at times to manage stuff . At the same time since she is managing it her self so she actually leads it by example. Thank you for the efforts, Divya. I can highly recommend anyone to join her.
For the last six years, my weight didn’t budge. I tried quick fixes, new routines, and countless “resets,” but nothing moved the needle.
