Starting weight:-91.5kg BFP:-43.5% Muscle Mass:- 48.4kg 8 months later on Weight:- 74.5kg BFP:-24% Muscle Mass:- 54kg Was a very tough journey with a lot of ups and downs but with Dhishant encouraging me and supporting me throughout my journey it went really well, since we went off with a blast i am currently continuing my fat loss journey with Dhishant. This just proves that anyone whether fat or skinny with the proper guidance and diet will achieve their goals… the process is hard but definitely worth it 🔥

Just finished my first 12 week program with Dhishant. My goal was to reduce body fat and increase consistency with workouts & diet. Starting weight: 77.4 kg ~ 18.7% body fat Final weight: 71.8 kg ~ 14.5% body fat Waist measurement: 83 cm -> 72 cm (11cm lost) The diet was super easy to follow and Dhishant provided tweaks & updates as we went through the program. The exercise plan was also detailed well with adjustments as required. We had our weekly check-ins as planned and Dhishant provided regular feedback to keep me motivated and on track. There were weeks when I didn’t follow the diet a 100% and I let him know honestly. He was very direct in recognizing when I was doing good as well as when I missed the mark but always encouraged me to keep going. Since we’re off to a great start, I am currently continuing with Dhishant to complete my fat loss journey and then start working on a bulk to increase muscle mass and strength. Looking forward to see what the end of the next phase looks like.

4 months in and I am down six kilos from 69kg —> 63kg Feeling stronger, looking sharper, and finally consistent. 💪🔥 Me and my wife joined the couple transformation program with Coach Dhishant Abrol, and it has been the most sustainable journey we have ever had. No strict diet and no crazy restrictions. He studied what we already eat and helped us control portions and make simple changes. We kept our regular food and still made progress. Weekly check ins, constant support on WhatsApp, and quick adjustments whenever needed made all the difference. My workouts finally had structure, I lifted heavier, and even my blood reports improved. Dhishant also understands how things can get while traveling and always gives practical tips so we stay on track without pressure. This is just the start. Dhishant, we are not stopping here. I started my program with Fittr in August when I weighed 75 kilos. My husband and I joined the couple plan for three months. I was honestly a little skeptical at first, especially about following the diet while living abroad and managing a very hectic work schedule. Most of my day is spent sitting, I get home late, and I barely have time to walk. But with Dhishant’s guidance, I was able to build consistency and discipline. He was extremely accommodating with our routine and always helped us adjust our plan when needed. There were many days when I had client lunches or dinners, so I worried I would fall off track. Instead, Dhishant taught me how to balance things without stressing. By October, I started noticing major changes. My friends began complimenting me on how different I looked. I lost around five kilos and about six and a half inches from my waist. My clothes became loose, I lost face fat, and even my skin looked clearer. Reaching ten thousand steps and drinking three to three and a half liters of water no longer felt difficult. What I appreciate most is how he helped us enjoy our favorite foods without guilt. He is easy to talk to and always responds quickly with solutions, whether it is about workouts or diet swaps. I am genuinely grateful for the progress I made and for the support I received throughout the program. Dhishant made the journey feel simple, realistic, and sustainable.
