I just want to say a huge thank you to Coach Dhishant for all the support, guidance, and motivation over the past 6 months. With his help, I’ve lost 14 kg and become so much stronger—physically and mentally. From day one, he’s been encouraging, knowledgeable, and always focused on what works best for me. His workouts were well-structured, his advice was always practical, and he constantly pushed me to stay consistent, even on the tough days. More than just a trainer, he’s been a mentor and a big reason why I’ve been able to make real, lasting changes in my lifestyle. I feel healthier, fitter, and more confident now, and I owe a lot of that to him. Thank you so much, Coach Dhishant, for helping me become the best version of myself!
Dhishant has truly transformed my perspective on weight loss! For so long, I blamed my foodie habits and thyroid issues for my inability to shed pounds, but he's shown me that it's absolutely possible to lose weight while still enjoying delicious, ordinary food. Beyond the 6kgs I've lost in just 9 weeks, I'm most grateful for the newfound discipline and mental clarity this journey has brought. The lethargy I constantly felt 9 weeks ago is now a distant memory – I feel like a completely different person! Big shoutout to my coach, Dhishant! 🙌 Honestly, I can’t believe how much has changed in just a couple of months. From eating better and actually enjoying my food, to finally sleeping well and drinking more water (who knew that could make such a difference?), it’s been such a game-changer. Dhishant has this super calm and patient vibe—never pushes too hard, just the right amount of encouragement. He’s taught me why strength training matters and how to make them work for me. And the best part? I’ve lost 6 kgs in 2 months, and I haven’t had any crazy cravings or felt like I’m missing out. I’m actually loving this journey! I started out with a 12-week plan, but I’ve already signed up for another 3 months because I trust his methods and I know he gets that everyone moves at their own pace. Gratitude for Dhishant’s Incredible Guidance I want to express my deepest gratitude to Dhishant. My husband and I joined Fittr this past March, and the transformation in both our fitness and lives has been nothing short of amazing under his guidance. For me, dealing with hypothyroidism has often brought challenges with motivation and consistency, but since working with Dhishant, I’ve seen remarkable improvements. Since March, I’ve noticed significant positive changes: I have more energy to power through my days, I’m lifting heavier weights, and my skin has noticeably improved. I've also experienced better sleep quality, which has been such a game-changer. I’m enjoying healthier foods and being more conscious of what I’m eating, which has made a big difference in how I feel day-to-day. Every week, I’m excited to see the results of my hard work, and it’s so fulfilling to know that I’m making progress.
