I have connected Fittr and coach Dharani with reference of my sister as she has experience with it , after my pregnancy I don't like to see my body in mirror as I was increased my weight by 20 kgs... I tried gym and yoga class but nothing worked. than I joined fittr and connected with Coach Dharani, she provides proper diet according to your requirement and your eating habits. she is too humble and kind. also I never feel that I am on diet as she was structured diet that way. when i joined my Wight was 83 and now it is 69 - I reduced 14 kgs by following her instructions. Small Transformation But A Satisfied Transformation... From 84kgs ➡️ 78kgs in 3 Months... After Kids,I don't have any self care and never thought if it.But as I entered my 30's I thought of being fit.Multiple plans and diets failed until I got a 3 month diet plan.Kids imitate us in every action so I want them to imitate a healthy lifestyle with this change.I thought there will be no time for me to diet and exercise with kids and house chores but I understood that I didn't put my priorities straight and right.Getting In shape is more mental than physical and believing in yourself.This is not only for weightloss ,it will build your habits for future life. A special thanks to my coach Dharani Madam who motivated me throughout the journey.Under her guidance.I understood the importance of selfcare and nutriton.She prepared diet chart according to what I eat and tells everything patiently.I want to continue this consistently for lifelong fitness.
