It took me a couple of weeks to understand Dharani’s style of fitness but she has been thorough and persisted with her approach. My food basket and exercise variety has changed multifold and the results were awesome. While making someone lose weight is not a big deal, creating a sustainable lifestyle with fitness is an enormous task and Dharani made it easier for me. I would say she is nothing but exceptional

Dharani is a wonderful personal coach who gives you motivation to keep moving even if there are many up and downs in your journey to be healthy fit and fine.Some weeks it is hard to stay motivated. Stress does take toll and anxiety makes it worse. However Dharani always helped me keep moving. She is very personable and knowledgeable on food options.She is very diligent at her work and prepares diet plans as per your need and health conditions .She also shares relevant exercises tailored to your needs perfectly.I have had a lots of low moments due to my ongoing medical conditions but her cheerful attitude and supportive nature helped me gain immense energy over the span of few couple months. Extremely thankful to her for all her support so far and can recommend her to anyone who needs a bit of extra push ,help and motivation in their fat to fit journey.

I was trying to loose my postpartum weight so enrolled under Dharani mam😍she is such a amazing person with very good knowledge on quantified nutrition and body functioning. she has all knowledge on her finger tips. she helped me to lose 10kgs of weight and amazing inch loss. All thanks to my coach and fittr community.
