Deepak Sir is an incredible coach! When I first started my fitness journey, I was completely new and unsure of what to expect. I began slowly, but Coach Deepak was extremely patient, supportive, and kind throughout the entire process. Over the course of 12 weeks, I managed to lose 2.5 kg and 4 inches which was a huge achievement for me. But more than just the physical changes, what truly amazed me was the increase in my stamina. In the beginning, I used to feel exhausted just climbing a flight of stairs. However, under Deepak Sir’s guidance with his carefully planned diet and exercise routine not only did my stamina improve significantly, but I also saw a major reduction in bloating and gastric issues, which I had been struggling with for a while.
