Christina was AMAZING! At first, I was very hesitant to join FITTR bcs I was afraid I cant commit with my busy schedule. Christina was very understanding and made it very easy for me to adapt. She always made the effort to check on me and push me to do better, she was very easy on me when I got sick or had a tight schedule always offered me alternatives. Christina always checked on me on WhatsApp which was an easier means of communication for me, she’s very patient and will adapt to clients’ schedules no matter what! We took things one step at a time and i feel so much better now, even when my weight fluctuates I have a better understanding of whats going on and im always alert on what i have to change in my schedule to get back on track! Christina is the best coach which I have seen till now. she understands you very well and keeps on motivating when you are out of track.she always guided according to your wishes.i am very grateful to her and would like to continue with her.i will definitely recommend her as a coch if you are looking to lose weight and want to eat all kinds of food by balancing nutrition she is the on who understands your needs in this duration I gained some confidence that I can achieve my fitness goals, when my program is getting expired I feel that I am going to miss her motivation talk and a nice friend but after the program also she is reminding me about my routine and asking me to keep on track, she always keep checking on me I really like her I will definitely recommend her and I will renew back again with her
Christina has been a blessing in my life. She helped me to reduce weight from 100.5 kg to 94.7 kg in a span of three months. I had never tried fitness training before. She motivated me from the beginning. It has been an amazing experience to see the weight reduce in the weighing machine. She made my diet plan very simple and easy to integrate with my lifestyle. Christina is an amazing coach who understands each and every aspect of your health and guide you according to your health issues. I m having health issues but her diet plan and workout was as per my health. I didn’t have any issues during my journey of strength training. My goal was to strengthen my muscles and to increase my endurance. She guided me accordingly and helped me to regain my energy level post operation. I am extremely grateful to her and would like to continue with her and really glad to have her as my trainer.
