I met my trainer Christina during a very special and sensitive time - my pregnancy phase. I m working professional, 41 years old, and already mom of a 5 year old. Managing everything together isn't easy, and pregnancy brings its own challenges, mentally, emotionally, and physically. But having Christina as a coach on my side for the last 7 months has truly made my journey so much smoother. She has been very patient, understanding, and supportive. she took time to first understand my routine, responsibilities, and energy levels and then suggested a completely customized routine and plan for me. What really motivated and kept me going in this journey is her regularly asking and checking me about how I m feeling and providing solutions wrt challenges I was facing. She constantly reminds me to prioritize my sleep, nutrition, and training while I often forget while juggling everything. She is never pushy but always consistent- and that makes all the difference. I have had so many ups and downs during this phase, but she always handled it very patiently. I enrolled with Christina. what I say about her, I mean fittr should allow me so many words because I am going to write everything that I experienced with my dietician Christina... she has been more than just a dietician to me — she’s been a true partner in my weight loss journey. Honestly, the dedication she showed was even more than mine. While I was determined to lose weight, she was equally (if not more) committed to making sure I reached my goals. She never missed a single follow-up, always checked in on time, and made sure I stayed on track. What I absolutely love about her is how she explains everything so logically — not just what to eat, but why and when to eat it.
