Me and my husband joined Fittr for the first time and loved Christina's profile on the impact she has made. We enrolled for 12 week partner transformation package and have already seen results. I started at 70.3kg and am now at 64.7. My partner started at 92.9kg and is now at 85.2kg. Both of us lost inches too. I reduced by almost 2 inches and my partner lost about 6 inches. The transformation has been unbelievable. Christina helped to tailor our regular food to a plan we could follow with clear measurements. We found her nutrition plans to be well-suited to our requirements, and consequently, we avoided experiencing extreme hunger or tiredness, allowing us to navigate our daily routines with ease. Also she helped to motivate us to exercise regularly with some dumbells. Since we were used to absolutely no exercise, she helped to gradually give us easier exercise before moving to more intense ones. All exercises were doable at home with some dumbells. So we did not really have to join the gym. We are so pleased that we have renewed for another 12 weeks.

Enrolled with Christina for 12 week transformation partner program … me along with my wife have lost almost 7-8 kgs in almost 10 wks… she has been a great mentor and motivational person … always keep you in check … its still long way to go
