I’ve been following Dt. Charu’s diet and exercise plan, and the experience has been amazing. Her coaching is super personalized — she made a plan that actually fits my routine and food preferences, not some strict chart. The best part is her follow-ups and efforts. She checks in regularly, adjusts things based on how I’m feeling, and explains the _why_ behind everything so clearly. I never feel lost or judged. That kind of support is really important and helpful! 🤝 Thanks to her, I’m more consistent and actually enjoying the process 🙌🏻 ̶

It has been one month doing strength training and nutrition under coach Charu. I would say she is extremely knowledgeable and her style of motivating especially her experience related to women in pre menopause and menopause is incredible. She is extremely patient and motivate you to channelize in right direction. She is quite approachable on daily basis. Her way of communication is positive and polite. I have worked with other elite level coaches but felt she is better than them in many terms. Her focus is changing on mindset by ticking daily small habits,which was required for me. Thank you Coach Charu for being part of my health journey ❤️

Hi 👋 I can't say enough good things about Coach Charu🥰 I came to her with poor blood work results, elevated blood sugar and concerning metabolic panel. I was feeling sluggish and frustrated with my health. So she created a realistic and fantastic diet plan and share lots of creative ideas for meal preparation which is kind of practical and sustainable and has focuses on the right food to stabilize my inflammation.And now I am seeing drastic changes in my health, my blood works are improving and I am finally feel in control of my health. I am a returning customer, and I chose Charu because of the positive feedback and recommendations I had seen from other users. Working with her has been an excellent experience. Charu is highly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. She has a strong understanding of both the physical and emotional challenges that come with menopause, and I always felt that she truly understood my needs. She provided thoughtful guidance on nutrition, physical activity, and overall wellness, helping me navigate this stage of life with greater confidence. Our weekly sessions were incredibly valuable. They helped me better understand my body’s needs after menopause and gave me practical strategies to improve my health.
