For someone on the verge of exiting 30s, Coach Charu Kapoor’s hand-holding has turned out to be a blessing to fix my lifestyle. Grateful to Fittr for introducing her to me! Having little information of nutrition and workouts in the information-dense world, her indulgence has turned out to be a much required course correction, be it daily accountability on all the essential parameters (makes me feel like an employee, but fun), busting myths, detailed scientific explanations, being realistic, re-introduction to distance running, ensuring toxic substances remain at bay, amongst many more. Above all, she leads by setting examples. She’s a champ and a great source of motivation for all! Thanks Coach!

Charuji thank u so much for your guidance and support in my fitness journey. At my age , medical history and travel, its very difficult to loose weight and maintain fitness , especially to remain motivated. Even though I have been with u for less than 2 months , I am able to see improvement on weighing scale as well as inch loss both. Charu Ji is a great mentor and coach. She has guided me about nutrition and food in an excellent and easy to follow way, which I was able to incorporate into my daily routine. She also gave a good plan for exercise with a good mix of weight training and flexibility. I could start seeing the results quite quickly even though I was not able to follow the plan fully. She is very approachable and would answer my queries whenever I text her.
