I’ve been training with Charu for a few weeks now, and the experience has been excellent. She listens attentively, understands my concerns, and adjusts my plans with care and precision. I’ve already seen a noticeable improvement in my energy levels and overall health. There’s still a way to go, but with her guidance, I’m confident I’ll reach my goals.
I am really greatful to Charu. She has supported me and motivated me along the way, given me the guidance and whenever u have had any query or doubt, she has helped me. Made me a customised diet plan according to my requirements and also created a very effective workout plan which helped me build strength and stamina and overall fitness. I lost weight, built strength, relived of my back pain and have a much better diet and overall eating habits all thanks to coach Charu.
