Chaitanya is a great instructor and takes you at your own pace. He understands the needs first and identifies areas of improvement. I definitely saw lot of improvement while working with him. Would highly recommend him to anyone who's looking for an instructor.

Chaitanya is a great yoga, flexibility and pranayama coach. He is very disciplined with exercises and also a lot of fun to work with at the same time. I joined his coaching a couple of months ago with some skepticism about how yoga will help me with some issues I was having. I told him about the issues I wanted to fix and what improvementsI wanted to see with this coaching class. 1. Left shoulder rotator cuff pain from playing extensive competitive cricket for years. I couldn’t bowl at all and could only throw underarm to avoid pain. 2. Cramping on both sides of belly 3. Severe lower back pain every now and then 4. Improve flexibility in general day to day activities and also while playing cricket. Chaitanya designed sets of exercises to address my issues and scheduled them properly in weekly schedule. After only two months, i am not only pain free in left shoulder, i feel my shoulder is stronger than ever. Cramping on sides of my belly is completely gone. I hardly feel any pain my back regularly. And my flexibility has improved drastically in just two months. On top that, doing pranayama has helped me immensely with my breathing and has also helped me with anxiety/stress we normally feel with busy life these days. I strongly recommend getting Chaitanya as Yoga, Flexibility, Pranayama and other personal issues coach.
Chaitanya is a very knowledgeable, focused and kind hearted mentor. He pays much attention to my goals, considers different situations and extends as much flexibility as he can. I started pre natal yoga with him during the 5th month of my pregnancy, completed 1 month in his mentorship and planning to continue even for post natal yoga. Thanks to Chaitanya that I have been able to stay consistent with my workouts due to his attitude full of appreciation and motivation during our daily sessions. While ensuring complete safety about my pregnancy, he makes sure that we don't settle for less and pushes for more adding different variations in my exercise plan. With the help of his guidance for strength, yoga and meditation my pregnancy mood swings are always well balanced. I would highly recommend Chaitanya as a yoga coach, guide and mentor.
