Midway transformation Being a fauji wife, life is always on the move — frequent travels, shifting homes, managing two kids, taking care of everything at home, initially living in mess and having food from mess. Honestly, I always thought following a diet would be impossible with such a hectic lifestyle. Amidst all this, I had stopped feeling confident about myself. I avoided clicking pictures, and most of my clothes had become too tight. When I started my journey, I was 84.5 kgs. but today, in just 3 months, I am down to 78.9 kgs. My clothes are finally getting loose, and the best part is, she understood my challenges as a mother and homemaker and guided me with a diet that blended into my daily life rather than making it harder. Today, I’m already seeing a beautiful transformation midway, and I feel lighter, more energetic, and more confident in myself. With Mrs. Bhumi Ma'am, things became so much easier. She made sure my plan was simple, practical, and flexible enough to fit into my busy routine. Even while travelling or handling the chaos of shifting, I could still manage my meals without feeling stressed or deprived. I’ve had a wonderful experience with my coach. She has been kind, humble, and completely non-judgmental throughout our sessions. What I value most is her ability to listen and offer thoughtful, practical advice that is easy to put into practice. With her support, I’ve developed lasting habits like consistently reaching 10,000–12,000 steps a day, improving my sleep hygiene, and staying hydrated. These changes have made a real difference in my life, and I know they’ll stay with me long term. I’m truly grateful for her encouragement and the positive impact she’s had on my fitness journey. I’ve been training with Bhumi for my weight loss journey, and I’m truly impressed by her expertise and dedication.Bhumi explains the purpose behind every recommendation, which kept me motivated and consistent. Her workouts are well-balanced and suited to my level, and I’ve seen steady improvement in both fitness and energy levels. On the nutrition part she understands and listens to the requirements and adjusts the meal plan. Also, she has guided me alot on how can I balance my macros. I really appreciate the guidance and support you have given me. My journey hasn’t been easy after my accident in 2019. I didn’t get the right help for fat loss for a long time.
