I'm Bhavna,a qualified and experienced HR professional also a certified and practicing Yoga trainer.I specialise in pre and post natal yoga, having practiced from the past 10 years and taught for the past 5.In addition to yoga, I am also a life coach and have been an Art of Living faculty member for the past 11 years.
I have taught a variety of programs to people of all ages from different backgrounds.I am originally from Mumbai/Delhi, but currently settled in Canada 🇨🇦 (British Columbia) with my husband and twin children. Growing up in a disciplined military household, I believe in giving back to society.
In my free time,I enjoy practicing Yoga, meditation, traveling, and staying fit. I personally experienced a difficult pregnancy and learnt that life can be managed more naturally with the help of yoga and other healthy habits.
