I had a wonderful experience working with Bhavana. The changes she suggested to my diet helped me understand how we should eat. I realized that my diet was missing many essential nutrients my body needed to function properly. Along with losing weight, the most significant change I've noticed is that I have more energy. I can manage my daily tasks better without feeling tired. Bhavana's approach is practical and sustainable. I now try to apply the lessons I learned from her to my family's diet as well, so they can also enjoy complete nutrition from their food. My coach Bhavana has been a constant support throughout my journey. She follows up regularly and truly keeps me in check. She understands my problems and always gives guidance according to my needs, with realistic goals that feel achievable. She even changes my workout plan as per my health issues and needs. She never forgets to ask even a single point during our weekly calls—water intake, workout, step count—everything is always covered. The weekly call feels like a formal check-in, because she is actually with me all the time. I used to send all my meal pictures regularly, she would reassuringly say, “Diet to thik hai aapka, main dekh rahi hu.” And whenever I forget to send the pictures of my meals, she says "Pictures kahan hai?" That line itself shows how closely she monitors and cares. She makes me feel that I’m not alone in this journey. I have seen many positive changes—my sleep has improved after more than a decade of struggle, my menstrual cycle has become smooth, and she constantly motivates me, encourages me, and allows me to explore my creativity in meal preparation. I am a generally active person and been a regular at the gym since I can remember. However, despite my commitment to fitness, I struggled to maintain a healthy relationship with food, and my weight often fluctuating. When I signed up with coach Bhavana, I was pleasantly surprised that I only had to work out 5 days a week, and I could do it all at home! No need for a gym! Coach Bhavana has a wonderful way of making me understand I need to make overall wellness and good habits a priority. Her weekly calls are something I look forward to, especially because I'm always excited to share my progress over the past week. She understands my difficulties with cooking, shares kitchen tips that are easy and practical, and gives me easy-to-follow advice. Under Bhavanas guidance I have seen incredible changes in just 6 weeks of being perfectly 100% consistent and following ALL her advice down to every gram, every calorie and every second of my workouts. Being a mother too, she understands my busy schedule, women's health and nutrition, and she has also gently taken into consideration some of my unique health struggles.
