I have been with Bhavana from last 7 weeks, initially I was hesitating to enroll with her because she was stater, from day 1 she's really checking my step count, whenever my step count is low she'll make sure is everything ok, whenever I talk with her its like motivating for me, I'm thinking to enroll with her again , thank you so much Bhavana for everything.
Thanks Bhavna my dear friend and now my trainer, mentor and guide without whom my weight loss journey wouldn’t have been so insightful. I had been gaining weight for the last 2 years without any increase or change in my diet. Was also experiencing water retention issues and all of this was leading to depression. It was only after the consultation and guidance from Bhavna I realised how important it was to eat right. With your diet also working out is equally important.She instilled in me the discipline and determination of eating and exercising right and it’s slowly becoming a way of life for me. The outcome is I have lost 3 kgs , my water retention issue resolved …. Thanks Bhavna for all those reminders and watching my steps and pushing me towards my goal .. I owe my good health to you 😊

My motto in life has always been Live life king size, live for today. Things were going smoothly till i realized that age is no longer on my side. With that came health complications and reached Obesity level III. Coach Bhavana- i have been seeing your post almost daily on social media with awe - you playing with weights. Meeting and talking to you made me realise that i can still do many things but in a different manner. Many thanks for getting me to be part of FITTR and also being my Coach. Its a great start to a long Journey. I just did not realize it would have been possible to take care of my health issues with fitness and proper nutrition. Kudos to your support and Guidance. With your regime on Calorie deficit diet, nutrition, exercise and my walks I already feel like a different person now. While the journey will be long, looking forward to be consistent. Thanks to your constant watch, calls looking forward to shedding many more kilos and gaining muscles with good health. God bless
