Bala is an excellent and brilliant coach. Ever since I started training under him for past few years it was complete life style change not just with weightloss, muscle gains, diet, workout but also taught consistency and discipline. Workout for me has become a daily routine integrated into my lifestyle not something which I need motivation to do..but it has become a part of life that's what meant when I said Lifestyle change. He is amazing at understanding the clients needs and implementing the right plans with techniques..no matter what goal you are trying to reach under Bala guidance you will definitely see the results without a doubt. Following his guidance without a second thought always landed me with the best results and ofcourse lot of confidence

Bala is excellent in his technique and knowledge,but not satisfied in terms of communication, need to remind him by mail for call or updates , and if not reminded, last communication was more than a month ago.
