I started working with Coach Himanshu on 24th March 2025 at 96.7 kg, and as of 1st May 2025, I'm down to 90.6 kgāa total loss of 6.1 kg in 5 weeks, averaging around 1.22 kg/week. And yes, I did cheat on my diet a few timesābut Himanshu never let that derail the journey. He kept me accountable without any guilt-tripping, which made it easy to bounce back stronger each time. What I really appreciate is that heās a great accountability partner. Heās consistent, encouraging, and always tracks your progress. I have lost 4 kgs in 8 weeks it's a very good transformation journey with coach himanshu..he is very supportive....
i have lost around 7 kgs in 4 weeks and i have achieved that without crash dieting or starving.suprisingly i feel full at the end of the day while keeping a moderate calorie deficit.Before i met my coach my daily protein intake was 35gm per day and now i know i should eat at least 125+ grams of protein everyday to maintain my body muscle mass that too from veg lean sources.i cannot describe that is just the beginning of important facts i didnt know.if you are reading this if you want to lose weight and maintain or increase lean muscle mass at the same time join immediately.
