Ayush has been instrumental in changing my mind on how I see nutrition. he is consistent and held me accountable for my actions, I needed someone to do exactly that. he helped me with a plan to stay on track and keep regular check-ins even if I was out of town. that helped me stay mindful and I am begining to see some changes. looking forward to working with you in the future.
I’ve had an incredible experience training under Ayush. In just 3 months, I lost 7 kg and saw a significant transformation in my body. Being in my postpartum phase, one of my biggest concerns was my diastasis recti, and I’m amazed at the progress—from a 4-finger gap down to just 1 finger. Beyond the physical changes, I feel stronger, more confident, and much more in control of my health. Ayush’s guidance, consistent support, and focus on both training and nutrition made all the difference. He kept me motivated throughout and ensured everything was tailored to my condition and goals. I trained under Coach Ayush for about 3 months, and honestly, it was a really meaningful experience. Ayush was more than just a coach — he was like a big brother throughout the journey. He put genuine effort into understanding my routine and built a diet plan that was not only practical but also included tasty, low-calorie, high-protein food options, which made it much easier to stay consistent. While we didn’t see a huge drop in weight during this period, I truly believe both of us put in consistent effort. What did change significantly was my mindset. My perspective towards health, food, and overall lifestyle improved a lot. He supported me during phases of stress eating and always had healthier, protein-rich alternatives ready, which really helped me stay on track without feeling restricted. I did lose around 1.5 inches, but more importantly, I gained better habits and a stronger understanding of my body. Overall, it was a great experience working with him, and I appreciate the effort and support he consistently provided.
