I’ve enjoyed every day of this fat loss journey with AV! He’s been super helpful throughout, and given it was my first time embarking on such a mission, he made things so much simpler and easy to follow. I lost more than 10 kgs in the span of two months with his help! Highly recommended!

I started working with Coach Avril Vaz from Fittr on 22 January 2026, and the progress since then has been structured, sustainable, and very effective. Before joining him, I was already training regularly but my progress had plateaued. Avril brought in structure, accountability, and clarity. Importantly, he kept the same foods I was already eating, and only adjusted quantities and balance, which made the plan easy to follow. The coaching involved: 1. Daily report monitoring 2. Regular feedback based on progress 3. Weekly review calls 4. Diet and activity adjustments where required 5. Doubt resolution and clear explanations of the process Since starting with him: 1. Weight reduced by ~4 kg 2. Body fat reduced significantly 3. Waist reduced by ~8.5 cm 4. Muscle and strength largely maintained 5. Visible improvement in overall definition and shape The biggest advantage was that this was sustainable body recomposition, not crash dieting. The approach was practical, structured, and results-driven. Would definitely recommend Coach Avril Vaz to anyone looking for sustainable fat loss and a well-structured fitness plan.

About two months ago, I started my fat loss and lean muscle journey with Avril, and honestly, it’s been such a good experience. When I began, I was 84.5 kg. Today, I’m at 77.4 kg. That’s 7 kg down in two months — and it didn’t feel extreme or miserable. It felt structured and sustainable. One thing I really liked from the start was that Avril didn’t just hand me some generic meal plan. He actually considered my food preferences, so I’m eating stuff I enjoy. That makes it way easier to stay consistent. For workouts, he designed a plan with a solid mix of strength training and Zone 2 cardio. So I’m not just losing weight, I’m preserving muscle and actually getting stronger. I feel fitter, not drained. There was a point about a week ago when my weight was stuck between 77.7 and 78.2 kg. Instead of waiting it out, he proactively adjusted my workout plan to help break the plateau. That attention to detail really stood out to me. He’s super responsive, answers questions quickly, and keeps you accountable without being overbearing. It feels like someone’s got your back, but you’re still in control. Overall, it’s been a great journey so far. I’m happy with the progress and I’m definitely continuing with Avril to lose more fat and build more muscle. Still a long way to go, but I’m excited for what’s ahead.

He is not just knowledgeable but also genuinely motivating and consistent as an accountability partner. His understanding of the human body, its functioning, and how to structure training according to individual needs really stands out. Throughout this journey, he has helped me build not only strength and physical transformation but also a lot of confidence. His guidance has been practical, sustainable, and result-oriented.
