Overall a good experience. I have been working out for over a year but was not able to get into the desired shape despite staying consistent and disciplined. That is when avril stepped in. To be honest I was tracking fittrr for a long time and decided to give it a try when I found him . I have lost over 9 kgs in 2 months under his guidance. Learn proper guidance on how to track your nutrition, complete your macros and split your workouts. Avril is supportive and always around in case of any questions/ doubts. There would be days when progress felt slower but he made sure to see past your doubts in mind. Still have 5 weeks left and target is to reduce another 3-4 kgs. Will recommend him 10/10 if you are just starting out or want to get serious about your fitness goals
