Astha is a wonderful coach to work with & it has been really nice working with her towards reaching my fitness goals. She was really considerate about my limitations with exercises and curated an exercise and diet plan around that! She is also regular with taking updates and this helping you be dedicated and motivated to continue working on yourself. Following her plan for 6 months has made me feel really happy and positive about my body and would never want to go back to where I was 6 months ago!
Astha ma'am is an absolute star, immensely knowledgeable and all her suggestions worked for me, not only nutrition and workout, she introduced me to meditation, journaling, mindfulnes.etc. She helped me with push-ups, deadlifts and many other exercises from scratch. whenever I was struggling she always dealt with empathy and kindness. Her focus on habit building really helped in making fitness sustainable for me. She answered all my queries with patience and weekly calls are super useful.I feel stronger and more confident than ever, and I owe it all to her, thanks to her consistent guidance and encouragement, I have learnt a lot from her, will be forever grateful to her
