Astha is a dedicated coach. she did a thorough review of my daily routine. carefully listened to the details. provided customized plans as per the needs. she had great patience. highly recommend her.
Coach Astha was really supportive & she knows her craft. Keeping in mind our cravings, she helped me plan my diet in such a way I don't miss or feel bad for sticking to a diet. The exercises she gave also were very effective. Overall recommend her to help you in your fitness journey!
Positives: I liked Astha’s way of motivating me, she had been responsive and reminding me to track my calories. She has been very patient and cooperative with my requests. To be honest I didn’t loose any weight in these 6 months training but got proper knowledge on what were the things I can avoid. What is good/bad for my health. Astha will guide you with your nutritional plan however mine was kept fairly consistent for many months but things might be different for you if your scales are changing. Overall if you need a patiently listening coach and if you are good with consistency then I think Astha would be the best to have. Drawbacks: She had often forgotten to update my charts for diet and exercise. But after reminding her she was doing it quickly. Sometimes it’s difficult to develop consistency but having a strict trainer could have helped in this. I was not quite happy with FTTR app as it had technical issues, didn’t track my steps or food correctly
