Ashish is great at training as well as motivating. He pushes you to join the sessions and ensures you are being consistent. His workouts are tough and fun at the same time. He is always energetic, doesn’t matter even if it’s 2:30am for him. I thrive to be consistent and his support is a huge factor in it. I am looking forward to continuing my training with him.

Ashish is professional yet kind, patient, understanding and Friendly. I always struggled with being consistent but his encouragement has given me the confidence that I need to show up! After three months I am pleased with my progress and I would continue getting good results and attain my goal. Thank you for being a part of my fitness journey and encouraging me every single day 😃💪

It has been 3 months since I started my workout under Ashish and the experience has been great. I needed a coach who can motivate me , push me to hit the gym or do simple stretching and provide guidance on the exercises needed by the body. Ashish was able to help me with all these needs. I wanted to lose few inches in short span of time and at the same time make my core strong and body flexible which I was able to achieve after training with him. He has a great style of motivating you and is really flexible with your work schedule. He makes the sessions fun. I highly recommend Ashish. Thanks !

I have trained with Ashish for a month now. I live in US and he is very accommodative with my schedule. He is an excellent trainer. I love our workout sessions. He keeps motivating me for more reps in every session.
