I have been working on my fitness with Arko for 4 months now .He understands food, and how the body works, he also understands people and how they work. To break it down, in his diet plans he kept in mind what my staples were, how to mix and match so that I can be on calorie deficit and still be a Foodie! (as I was). His workout plans were good to start with and regularly tweaked to squeeze better results. I like the way he tries to motivate, it's not just peptalk, gets into your shoes to unblock your journey, shares his knowledge so that you know "WHY are you doing what you're doing?" and that WHY is the heart of his motivation. Thoroughly enjoying this journey! -8kg in 4months wouldn't happen otherwise :) .Thanks Arko!

A big thanks to Arko for his patience and guidance to make things look much better at the end of 3months of training with him. His explanations of the finer details on the "why" part of the diets and exercises have helped immensely throughout the journey. For me it had become an unthinkable thing to not eat out during weekends. Arko has helped me to overcome that habit to the extent that eating out will come with guilt as dessert.

I have been training with Arko for the last 3 Months. The diet plan suggested by him worked like magic. It was so easy to follow and maintain and it showed positive results. I was surprised to see that even though I was eating more than before I was loosing 800g on an average every week. Thanks for the support.

I have been associated with Arko for 12 weeks. I have hypothyroid and I am a mother of a kid. I tried a lot of online diets and dieting hacks but nothing really happened. one week I would follow something and the other another diet and trust me failed miserably. it lead to a lot of frustration. Arko taught me consistently and patience. My progress was slow but at least it was happening. I could see changes in my mood and overall confidence. I slept better and felt very positive. I can now choose food that is beneficial for me. most importantly I can now say NO to junk. I haven't had any pack food and outside food in a month that is my achievement
