I started my journey at 53.3 kg and 6 months down the line today I am at 49 kgs with significant fat loss. He constantly encouraged me to push beyond my limits, especially tracking my step count. I was very reluctant with step count, but Arko ensured I completed my daily count. I have noticed significant improvements not only in my fitness levels but also in my confidence and overall well-being because of his guidance. There was a time when I was struggling badly with sweet cravings. Binge eating had become a habit and perimenopause brought emotional waves I wasn’t prepared for. I felt lost and my relationship with food was broken. Even social gatherings gave me lots of worry about what to eat so I used to avoid them. Then, last August, I met my mentor, Arko and slowly, everything began to change. He didn’t give me orders, he gave me understanding. He introduced me to journaling, and I started facing my emotions instead of eating them. He checked in daily for my health updates and corrected my form during exercises through the videos I sent; he is super responsive! He taught me to enjoy social gatherings mindfully and today, I don’t miss any. He added simple snacks that helped me manage my evening sweet cravings. Workouts were basic, but focused on progressive overload that was consistent and realistic. And today I’m down 13 lbs and lost 7 inches on my waist. I began my fitness journey in July this year, weighing 78 kg. Today, after five months, I’m at 70 kg , an 8 kg transformation that completely changed not just my body, but my understanding of health. This journey became possible because of my coach, Arko. During the first week of July, I met my friend who shared his own transformation story with Coach Arko. Listening to his experience gave me hope, and I decided to message Arko. That one message changed everything. For the first time in my life, I understood what proper nutrition really meant. I realised I had never been eating enough protein or the right balance of nutrients. Even though I had been doing intermittent fasting for almost five years, I never lost weight , not even a few grams. I always wondered why. Arko explained the science behind it , why my body wasn’t responding, where I was lacking, and how my metabolism needed support rather than restriction. His weekly catch-ups, constant guidance, and calm explanations helped me trust the process. Along with nutrition, he introduced me to regular walking and structured weight training. These were planned in a way that suited my body and lifestyle, helping me gain strength while steadily losing fat. What stood out most was his patience and depth of knowledge. He never rushed results, never forced unrealistic plans, and always tailored guidance to what my body needed. Because of that, I didn’t just lose weight , I developed a real interest in fitness, walking, and strength training. This journey taught me that anyone can reduce weight when they have the right guidance, correct nutrition, consistent walking, and proper weight training. I’m truly grateful to Coach Arko for helping me build a healthier, stronger version of myself.
