I started my journey 3 months ago and I was 79kg and I reduced my weight to 75kg during those 3 months. The best part about Arko sir is that he is very flexible in changing your diet and workouts. I’m a college student and thus food and time keeps on changing so being flexible was a big plus. Also, he is a great guide who encourages you to think long term and short term. Like reducing caffeine intake and building healthy habits. He pushes you to look at the long term rather than shortcuts. Highly recommend Arko sir.
I want to start with a Heartfelt Thankyou to Arko for his continuous support and guidance for past 4 months now. i have started my fitness journey in Oct 2024, but was struggling to make any significant progress. My journey became more challenging as I was struggling with back and shoulder injuries and high blood pressure. However the story changes with my intro to Fittr App and I was even more fortunate to get introduced to Arko. Last 4 months have given me good progressive results and have also helped me in inculcating better and healthy habits. I have been training with Arko for the past four months.
