I joined Arkadip as my coach on Fittr when I finally decided I needed proper guidance instead of trying random diets and workouts on my own. What I really liked from the start was that he actually took the time to understand where I was coming from my habits, my routine, and the struggles that come with trying to lose weight while managing a normal lifestyle. The diet and workout plan he gave me didn’t feel extreme or impossible; it was practical and something I could realistically stick to. He also checks in regularly and follows up on progress instead of just sending a plan and disappearing, which really helps with staying accountable. Whenever I have questions or feel stuck, he’s approachable and supportive, and his attitude makes the process feel less intimidating. Overall, it feels like I have someone genuinely guiding me through the transformation rather than just following a template plan.
