So it’s been almost a month and a half with fitter and am super excited to tell you all that i have lost weight as well as visible inches. (Itna ki log notice kar rahe) Am great full to my coach Archana Tiwari for guiding me in my fitness journey. Coach Archana is a patient listener a motivator and has always answered my WHYS and has modified my plans according to my needs. She has always emphasised on holistic growth rather than short term goals. Am happy that I choose coach Archana as my guide and am sure my journey towards a healthy life will be seamless under her guidance.
I had the pleasure of being coached by Archana Tiwari at FITTR, and my experience has been truly exceptional. Archana is very dedicated and deeply committed to her profession. She is incredibly approachable and consistently available to support me, making herself accessible almost 24/7. Despite being in a different time zone, she never let that become a barrier—she thoughtfully scheduled our weekly calls on Sundays, always prioritizing my convenience. Her attention to detail is outstanding. She designed my diet plans with great precision, ensuring the right balance of protein, fats, and carbohydrates tailored to my goals. What stood out even more was her personalized care, when I experienced sciatica pain during the program, she went the extra mile to create a customized stretching routine specifically for my condition. Archana’s involvement with me has been truly remarkable. She goes above and beyond to provide the best possible guidance and support. Her ability to instantly connect and accurately understand the challenges makes her an exceptional coach. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and results-driven fitness coach.

Archana ma’am has been an excellent coach across every aspect of my fitness journey. I enrolled with her for body recomposition, and the experience has been truly transformative.
