When I first started working with my fitness coach, I weighed 71 kg. Today, I’m 65.5 kg—but the real transformation goes far beyond the number on the scale. One of the biggest things she taught me is that fitness is not just about aesthetics. It’s about long-term health. As she always says, “It’s all about the good blood markers.” That perspective completely changed how I look at food, workouts, and health overall. I was someone who struggled with discipline, and what I truly appreciate about her is how direct and honest she is—no beating around the bush. She pushes you to become a more disciplined version of yourself, even when it’s uncomfortable. But my favourite part of the program is her daily check-ins. That consistent accountability makes all the difference. Knowing someone is tracking your progress every day really helps build consistency, which we all know is the hardest part. Because of her guidance, I’ve become more disciplined not just with my diet and workouts, but also with my mindset. Her emphasis on consistency has even started reflecting in other areas of my life—my studies and work.
