I have been training with Anurag for the last month and honestly it’s been life changing. He is sincere and keeps me accountable and pushes me to do more. I go to workouts even though I am traveling, or not feeling it because I enjoy his workouts. He is creative about coming up with different variations of exercise even if you have limited equipment in your gym. He explains clearly which muscles group gets affected by which exercise, is always big on correct posture than heavier weights, knows a lot about correct nutrition also which is a big plus! I highly recommend him.
I've been training with Anurag Sir for the past two months, and I can honestly say he’s one of the best coaches I've ever had! His sessions are packed with exciting variations that keep things fun and engaging. The professionalism he brings to his coaching is truly inspiring.
