I’ve been training with Anurag for the past couple of months, and it’s been a great experience. I have a slower metabolism, and he really understood that and designed a plan that works for me. His focus on strength training and a simple, sustainable diet (nothing extreme or unrealistic) has made a big difference. He is very supportive, easy to work with, and customizes workouts based on individual needs. In just 2 months, I’ve lost around 10 lbs while feeling stronger and more consistent. I’d definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a practical and effective approach to fitness.

I had a great experience training with Anurag as my personal trainer. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive to individual needs. Instead of pushing a one-size-fits-all routine, he really takes the time to listen to your concerns and understand your goals. Anurag has been an amazing coach. It was really a great experience training with him. The diet plan was perfectly aligned with my daily meals, which made it easy to follow.
