I’ve been into fitness for a long time, but what worked for me 5 years ago just wasn’t working anymore. I used to think eating less (around 1300–1500 calories) would help me lose weight and build muscle… but it didn’t. That’s when I joined Anup as my coach and everything changed. To build muscle definition, I actually needed to eat better and a bit more. He gradually increased my calories to 1800, and surprisingly, I started losing weight.Not just that, my measurements improved too specially my quads 💪 back and biceps My recent transformation challenge reset (week 10) truly changed my perspective. I could actually see the changes in myself, and that made all the difference. He is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and never missed a single one-on-one session. He tailored everything to my needs and, more importantly, educated me on why certain things matter, especially during perimenopause and how my body is changing. It’s been an amazing journey. Grateful for the mindset shift and the results 🙏
I had an excellent experience with FITTR coach Anup during my fitness journey from 2nd Dec 2025 to 10th Mar 2026. Over this period, I managed to lose around 10 kg of weight along with a significant reduction in body fat, which I’m really happy about. What stood out the most was how personalized everything was. The diet plan was perfectly aligned with my existing dietary habits, making it practical and sustainable. The workout routines were home-based and thoughtfully designed to fit my lifestyle and daily constraints, which made it much easier to stay consistent. Even though I had some deviations from the plan at times, Anup’s approach ensured that I still made solid progress. His deep understanding of human physiology and nutritional needs clearly reflects in the results. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to my fitness coach, Anup Das, for the exceptional guidance and support provided throughout my post-partum weight loss journey, which began in February, 2025. Through a structured, well-planned training approach and continuous monitoring, I was able to achieve a 16 kg weight loss while prioritising overall health and long-term well-being. After Anup joined FITTR, I too followed his fitness module here and he is my fitness coach in FITTR Anup’s deep understanding of post-partum fitness, attention to detail, and personalised programming made a significant difference at every stage of this journey. What truly stands out is the level of professionalism, patience, and consistency he brings as a coach. Regular feedback, timely corrections, and constant motivation helped me stay disciplined and confident even during challenging phases. Beyond the physical transformation, this journey helped me rebuild mental resilience, self-belief, and a positive relationship with fitness.
