A big thank you to my coach for helping me change not just my body, but my mindset towards fitness. When I started this journey, I was at 85.3 kg. Today, I'm at 78 kg, with 4 inches lost from my waist and visible muscle definition starting to show. What's even more satisfying is that these results came despite not being able to follow the plan strictly for almost a month due to travel, illness, and life in general. Looking back, the results could have been even better, which motivates me even more for the next phase. Before joining, I used to think eating less was the key to losing fat. I was playing badminton 5-6 days a week for almost a year, eating very little, yet I wasn't seeing the results I wanted. The biggest lesson I learned through this journey is that fat loss isn't about starving yourself; it's about eating the right foods in the right quantities and being consistent. This journey taught me the importance of strength training, proper nutrition, quality sleep, and recovery. More than a weight-loss program, it became a lifestyle change. I achieved my first pull-up after many years, built healthier habits, and developed a much better understanding of how the body works. The biggest takeaway: fitness is not about perfection. It's about discipline, consistency, and trusting the process. Thank you for the guidance, support, and for helping me build habits that I can sustain for life. I started my fitness journey with Anup when I weighed around 85 kg. Over the last decade, I had tried numerous workout programs and diets—including keto, OMAD, and several others. While I would often lose a few kilos initially, I would eventually gain the weight back. Fat loss never felt sustainable. Working with Anup has been a completely different experience. We started with a moderate calorie intake of around 2200 kcal along with dumbbell workouts at home. There were no crash diets or extreme restrictions—just simple, home-cooked satvik food and a sustainable approach to nutrition. After about two months, I transitioned to proper gym workouts. Throughout the journey, Anup was always available to address my questions and concerns, whether it was dealing with hunger pangs, adjusting workout intensity and weights, or understanding changes in facial appearance after losing body fat. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the detailed feedback he provided on my workout videos. He reviewed them carefully and offered precise corrections to improve my form and technique. He also spent time educating me on important fitness concepts such as water retention, muscle gain, and realistic expectations during a fat-loss phase. This helped me understand the process better and stay consistent without getting discouraged. The results speak for themselves. In about four months, I went from 85 kg to approximately 72 kg—a loss of around 12–13 kg. I also reduced my waist size by 6 inches. More importantly, the process felt sustainable, and I never felt like I was following an extreme or temporary diet. It has been a pleasure working towards my fitness goals with Anup. His practical, science-based, and sustainable approach has made a significant difference in my journey. I highly recommend Anup to anyone looking to improve their fitness, lose fat, and build healthy habits that last.

I’ve been into fitness for a long time, but what worked for me 5 years ago just wasn’t working anymore. I used to think eating less (around 1300–1500 calories) would help me lose weight and build muscle… but it didn’t. That’s when I joined Anup as my coach and everything changed. To build muscle definition, I actually needed to eat better and a bit more. He gradually increased my calories to 1800, and surprisingly, I started losing weight.Not just that, my measurements improved too specially my quads 💪 back and biceps My recent transformation challenge reset (week 10) truly changed my perspective. I could actually see the changes in myself, and that made all the difference. He is extremely knowledgeable, punctual, and never missed a single one-on-one session. He tailored everything to my needs and, more importantly, educated me on why certain things matter, especially during perimenopause and how my body is changing. It’s been an amazing journey. Grateful for the mindset shift and the results 🙏

I had an excellent experience with FITTR coach Anup during my fitness journey from 2nd Dec 2025 to 10th Mar 2026. Over this period, I managed to lose around 10 kg of weight along with a significant reduction in body fat, which I’m really happy about. What stood out the most was how personalized everything was. The diet plan was perfectly aligned with my existing dietary habits, making it practical and sustainable. The workout routines were home-based and thoughtfully designed to fit my lifestyle and daily constraints, which made it much easier to stay consistent. Even though I had some deviations from the plan at times, Anup’s approach ensured that I still made solid progress. His deep understanding of human physiology and nutritional needs clearly reflects in the results.
