I had a great experience working with Ansh and just renewed my package. Even though I was recovering from a wrist injury and couldn’t do much weight training in the end, he was incredibly supportive and creative in adapting my workouts. He showed amazing flexibility — adjusting my program on the spot when something didn’t feel right, finding alternative exercises that still challenged me, and making sure every session fit my changing needs. Ansh’s ability to personalize the training kept me active and motivated throughout my recovery. As I recover from my injury, I am looking forward to start my weigh training again with him over next couple of months On top of that, his knowledge, encouragement, and positive energy made every session enjoyable. 💪 From Skinny Fat to Fitter: My 4-Month Journey at 38 I’m 38, and until this February, I had never stepped into a gym or lifted a single weight in my life. Like many others, I was stuck in that frustrating “skinny fat” zone — low muscle mass, soft around the midsection, and unable to do even a single push-up. My body fat was around 28%, and I felt like change was slipping further away with age. But this year, I made a decision: No more excuses. I enrolled in an online personal training program with Fittr, under Coach Ansh, and everything started to change. Here’s what made the difference: • 🏋️♂️ Customized Training: Given my condition and age, Coach Ansh created a tailored workout plan that prioritized form and injury prevention over ego lifting. Every rep was focused, every minute of the 45-minute sessions utilized. • 🚫 Started from Zero: My first week involved no weights at all — just bodyweight movements. But now, just months later, I’m lifting 10 kg dumbbells in several exercises. • 🧠 Mindful Progress: I wasn’t rushed or pushed beyond my limits. The workouts challenged me without risking injury.
