I trained with Ansh and the results have been incredible! His expertise in strength training has helped me improve my form, increase my strength, and stay motivated every step of the way. He created personalized workouts everyday that pushed me just the right amount while ensuring proper technique to prevent injuries. Ansh is not only knowledgeable, but also super encouraging and makes every session enjoyable. Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, I highly recommend him to anyone looking to get stronger and reach their fitness goals!

I am still at the beginning of my journey, almost finishing my 4th month with my coach Ansh. I am a physician working in the USA. (I have to admit that physicians are the worst patients) Always excused myself that I don't have time. I came to a point where I started having knee pain, fatigued by the end of the day. I do have thyroid issues and menstrual irregularities for which I have been taking medication. I came to know about the FITTR app through a podcast and wanted to give it a try and started my journey with Ansh. The most important thing that I like about my coach is he is very practical , observes me closely, and understands my situation. He goes the extra mile to help me. Sometimes, he schedules me on his weekends too to help me ( I dont think I can do it). He tries his best to accommodate me without missing my workout. His passion to help me and to keep me on track motivates me a lot. He is very good at what he is doing. He instantly creates a workout plan for me even when I am not able to access the gym or dont have much time, but no excuses. It shows his passion and knowledge about his work. He always motivates me to enjoy my workout and show consistency. Consistency is the key, no matter even if it is 10 min. He is strict too,especially about my firm, and I think it's very important to prevent injuries. In my last 4 months, I noticed big changes in my health. I did have some ups and downs with knee issues but was able to work on it with my coach help. Now, I am being more energetic and more effective at my work. My thyroid labs are pending, but I can see my periods getting more regular. I am not obese or overweight, fortunately, so there is not much change in weight. I am looking forward to getting better Thanks to Mr. Jitendra Chouksey for creating such a wonderful platform and thanks to Ansh for being such a good coach to me. I recommend Ansh to anyone who wants to get better in their fitness journey.

I have trained 2 months with Ansh now and have recently renewed for longer duration. I have seen noticeable difference in my physique, strength and stamina. Ansh is very professional, humble and understands the client he works with. At times of needs he has shown flexibility to accommodate my timing needs while also making sure that I stay regular and pumped to exercise. His main motto according to me is that his clients should enjoy working out, which is great quality to find in a personal trainer! Definitely recommend him for any personal training needs.
