I’ve had a great experience learning yoga online with Ankush Sir. He is calm, patient, and explains everything clearly. The online classes are well-structured and easy to follow. I feel more flexible, stronger, and my energy levels have increased. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to learn or improve their yoga practice.
I have started practicing yoga for the first time at the age of 43. I knew only some basic surya namaskar all these years but nothing more than that. it has been a week so far now and Ankush has been building my basics about flexibility and removal of toxins through breathing exercises at the end of all the workout sessions. So far it is going great and I look forward to improving my flexibility, muscle strength and balance with good core strength while bringing my blood pressure down and triglycerides down to normal levels. I have provided these goals to Ankush and he is designing my exercises accordingly
