Ankush has been my coach for nearly 2 months now! He's professional, knowledgeable and understands each and every muscle! He's polite, flexible with schedules and everything you need from your virtual trainer! Recommend Ankush for anyone trying to get started with yoga!
Ankush is very knowledgeable. He has been very clear giving instructions directly or with video. He has many targeted routines based on areas you are looking for improvement. He is always on time and is flexible to your schedule. I highly recommend Ankush.
Ankush is hands down one of the extremely knowledgeable yoga practitioners/teachers I have come across. I have extreme sciatica, hip and pelvic issues. The class is more like a therapy session than yoga because this is what I needed. He understands every muscle in the body and how to get it working. I have tried two other yoga coaches from FITTR but had to ask for refund after 3 classes as I was doing surya namaskar in second class. With Ankush it has been a great experience because he is only first working on my pelvic and hip issues and help me relieve pain. He is also very understanding and accommodating. He is very engaging and checks on my pain level EVERYDAY!!! His level of care is excellent. I look forward to a long journey with him as I want to learn yoga after having my health issues fixed and no one had understood or even taken the time to understand how my body works and what does it need. Sometimes I get surprised that how on a zoom call he can see even my toes and corrects them if they are in the right position. Thankyou Ankush for helping me. Hoping to be at the yoga nagri one day 😊.
Ankush has been my yoga coach for over 3 months, and I can say that I have no complaints. He has been very patient and understands when we are not feeling well and helps us with the same. He is knowledgeable as well, which helps in increasing our body's flexibility and strength it over time. Highly recommended!
