I reached out to Ankush during a dire situation with my lower back injury. Despite working with doctors and physiotherapists and also some medication, I had limited improvement . This is when I turned to Yoga and met Ankush online . He acknowledged my situation and made no lofty promises but assured me that with work , time and patience , I can recover. Fast forward in just 2 weeks I started noticing results with less stiffness , pain and flexibility. He is very punctual ,yoga expert and calm, patient and professional. I look forward to my sessions with him and will continue to do so. I have started practicing yoga for the first time at the age of 43. I knew only some basic surya namaskar all these years but nothing more than that. it has been a week so far now and Ankush has been building my basics about flexibility and removal of toxins through breathing exercises at the end of all the workout sessions. So far it is going great and I look forward to improving my flexibility, muscle strength and balance with good core strength while bringing my blood pressure down and triglycerides down to normal levels. I have provided these goals to Ankush and he is designing my exercises accordingly
