Training with Ankit has been a really positive experience for me. His sessions are well-structured and focused on building strength and endurance in a balanced way. I started my fitness journey with Ankit seven months back and I’ve had a great experience training with him. He has excellent knowledge of his work and designs workouts that are effective and well-balanced. He’s very flexible with timing and always willing to reschedule when needed, which made it easy to stay consistent. His motivation and guidance really pushed me to do better—I’ve lost weight, improved my stamina significantly, and even ran my first half marathon under his training and I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made with his support.
I've been training with him for 2 months and I have nothing but positive things to say! First of all, he is flexible with his schedule and always makes sure that you can reach your goals. If I ever miss a session, he will promptly reschedule to make sure I get the most out of my package. He is also so kind! He makes you feel comfortable and celebrates little wins. He is truly happy to see you succeed and encourages you to do better. He is also very knowledgeable on exercises and progression. He really meets you where you are and builds up from there, so you always feel challenged. For example, when I started, we did deadlifts with 20lb dumbell, but in a month, he had me using a barbell+higher weight. When we do any exercise, he will ask where I feel it and quickly adjust if it's not where it should be. He also gives knowledge about the exercise, so you know why you feel it where you do and how to get the most out of each rep. You will see that you are progressing, but most of all, you will feel it. Overall, I highly recommend him for strength training in all age groups.
